Ristorante Da Fabio In Bologna

Dopo due anni ci sono ritornata apposta, si mangia tanto e benissimo come sempre. Il titolare troppo simpatico. Spero di ritornarci ancora.

Incredible experience. Food was incredible and of great quality. The ragu was specially fantastic with a special mention to the ice cream. Absolutely loved it. We went there on a company dinner, and we all came out full and happy. 100% would reccomend. Just beware, no menu, no control over the dishes they bring you. Just enjoy the bolognese experience.

We dined at a 4.5 yesterday which didn’t even compare. This experience is so nice, so fun, and just different. Remember - save room for dessert 🤣 - you won’t know what’s happening. But all the rest before was also such a lovely experience! Def price for value but its a bit more expensive than the normal restaurant but again it’s an experience so enjoy!

When people say 'business travel is overrated', then mostly they are right. The response tends more to the positive when the travel destination is Italy. The food, oh, the food. Eating at Da Fabio is proving the quote wrong in all aspects. At Da Fabio you forget business, you forget travel and forget rating. You simply eat! You sit down, order your wine and the staff will fill the table with food. Then you enjoy! For antipasti we had about 8 dishes on the table. Each dish simple* with tasty ingredients. We skipped the primi plati (to save apetite for the dolci). As secundi ate rabbit. The dolci had a similar setup as the antipasti: a table full of choice. I've been to many restaurants in Italy, I've never had an experience like Da Fabio. When I return to Bologna, I'll try to squeeze in another visit. (*) simple: meant as a compliment :-)

Small restaurant, large, varied and tasty courses. The appetizers and desserts were splendid, with a meringue cake accompanied with melted chocolate that will remain in your memories. Kind and impeccable service.

Comida y trato excelente fruto di mare buenísimo, busquetas y pizzas...repetimos seguro. Recomendable 100x100. Gracias por la profesionalidad y el buen gusto por la comida.👍👍

I’d been recommended this restaurant whilst visiting Bologna from an acquaintance. Having read the very polarised reviews, I must say I was curious of what to expect, but as soon as we arrived we were greeted like we’d entered someone’s home! The service was excellent, the food was superb and the atmosphere was fantastic. Having been to Italy many times, I found the experience unique - would definitely come back!

A typical Bologna restaurant! A super nice setting, a hearty, quality antipasto! Extra dishes! And the desserts…. Wow! A great experience of a restaurant that doesn't work like the others. Go there without hesitation!
