What a gem! You have to get this address from a local, otherwise you won't find it. Super delicious food, very friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely go back next time we're in Bologna. Excellent!

If you love a variety (and perhaps too many) of appetizers, this is the place for you. The concept is somewhat pushy and, compared to Bologna, rather (too) expensive. Plus, the seating is cramped. In any case, the food is well-cooked and "different."

This restaurant offers a true gastronomic feast! You have to be prepared to eat so many different dishes. This "festival" of appetizers is enough to be well-fed and to have sampled a huge variety of Italian dishes. After all these appetizers, they offer a first and second course, but it's not mandatory to order them. On the contrary, it's unnecessary. I strongly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

On recommendation, I ended up at Fabio's with my husband and two sons. It's unusual that you have to ring the bell right at the entrance. A small sign explains the restaurant's concept, but we didn't notice. However, the waiter then verbally informed us that ALL appetizers would be served and we could sample our way through until we said stop. The flat rate per person for appetizers was €35. The table was heaving, and it was clear that a lot of it was going back to the kitchen. Everything was generally good, but we would never have ordered all the offerings. There wasn't anything particularly special either. If you just want to try everything, this is the place for you. It would be interesting to know what happens to all the leftovers? Afterwards, you order pasta or meat/fish, depending on your taste and the space you still have in your stomach. We opted for pici al ragu, which were very good (reasonably priced). Dessert (if you can still manage it) follows the same principle as the appetizers. Except for the mascarpone cream, however, there were no highlights. Only towards the end of our meal did three more guests arrive. I wouldn't go back. The price-performance ratio isn't right for me. Essentially an all-you-can-eat concept with service – will that be a hit?

One of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The service is outstanding and the food is incredible. Already can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Bologna
