We were in a group, we were 15 people, small environment, in the centre, all in all we had a good time. Abundant servings, an appetizer and a first course are more than enough. Typical Bolognese restaurant, 3 stars are fine

Good, intimate, and traditional.
It was a great discovery from Fabio.
There will be 20 seats or a little more, so it almost has a speakeasy atmosphere.
We ate mixed appetizers, tagliatella with meat sauce, and a dessert buffet.
Let's start with the appetizers: those alone are more than enough to fill you up for two days.
The thing that struck me most about the appetizers is that they are very simple, but delicious: all the products are of high quality, with little processing. Courgettes, peppers, Nvidia, etc., all things cooked in the oven with perhaps a pinch of salt and oil, but really delicious.

The tagliatelle had a very good ragù.
Finally, the dessert buffet: they are all excellent, and you will be sick by how many you can eat. Ice cream with Sperlari cherries, tenerina with mascarpone, meringue with melted chocolate, brown glaces, caramel cream, jam tart.
Inside is a different experience from other trattorias, very welcoming.
Dinner was offered to me, I don't know the price, but it is definitely worth coming for some special occasion. I highly recommend :)

Words are not enough to describe Fabio, since the first owner, and then with Alessandro (the nephew) I went there with my first wife, with international photographers, with TV presenters, and the Righeiras in the 80s I brought Chinese and Asian visitors there ,Americans, I'm going there again with my great love, secret place, very small, very exclusive, food, recipes, and way copied by many, a multitude of appetizers with mozzarella arrived from Campania, giant cutlets to share with Bernese sauce, Frigione, crazy Goulash, vegetables at will, Pathe of unique goose liver on hot bread, and of course much more, then......you can order (if you can do it) the first course, I love spaghetti alla Bottarga which is brought from Sardinia, but the variety of choice is truly abundant, or a second course too, an embarrassment of riches in choice
(difficult to get there) at the end there are lots of desserts including the ice cream made by them, fruit coffee...... in my opinion it should have at least 2 stars.

Responsabile super competente.
Antipasti ottimi, anche se a mio parere troppo abbondanti.
La cosa importante è lasciare posto per i dolci… Li avrei mangiati tutti!

Incredible experience. Food was incredible and of great quality. The ragu was specially fantastic with a special mention to the ice cream.
Absolutely loved it. We went there on a company dinner, and we all came out full and happy.
100% would reccomend. Just beware, no menu, no control over the dishes they bring you. Just enjoy the bolognese experience.
