I'm Rocio Coop, and I'd like to report the poor reception from a good portion of the staff, who struggle to smile and say hello. I notice some responsible staff who don't wear uniforms, making them unrecognizable. I buy a few items, but I don't always find the checkout counters open at eight o'clock for payment. We need to improve.

25/06/2026: Welcoming, clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant atmosphere!!! (And there's always great music.) The staff is kind, friendly, always available, and attentive to the different needs of their customers. Both the food and drinks are very good; you can taste the quality of the products used (I recommend the Spirito Messicano!!!) The best thing is seeing the staff so close-knit, creating a super family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Best bar in Bologna!!
