Ristorante Da Carlo In Enna

Per trascorrere un ferragosto diverso siamo andati a Enna cercando refrigerio Abbiamo cercato un ristorante per pranzare il 15 e abbiamo scelto " da Carlo " poiché le recensioni erano egregi. Realmente siamo stati benissimo ,ottimo cibo ,cordialità e professionalità da parte dello staff Proprio un gran bel pranzo Andateci se siete a Enna !!!

Having visited the Cathedral of Enna at the suggestion of a friend, we decided to book a table for the first time and I must say that it was a pleasant experience for the palate. Quality products, cooked with great professionalism and great attention to detail. Intimate and delicate environment all combined with staff who make you feel at ease. Very satisfied!

Lunch with colleagues. Passable

Intrusive and rude owner. We have. Asked not to season them. Things with parsley or other raw vegetables because one of the. Table is pregnant. They brought all the appetizers resting on arugula and onion. When asked to have a small plate without he responded indisposedly "why are you allergic? Did your doctor tell you that you can't eat them?". He offered us a mixed starter which however doesn't exist on the menu, bringing us an indefinite number of bruschettas only to discover that they are priced for each one (why not ask how many we wanted?). We asked to remove one of the ingredients from one of the first courses, a request ignored. In the end, 3 people were amazed that we wanted to split the bill into 3 to pay. The food is decent but the service is terrible and annoying

Eccellenza siciliana. Queste sono le prime parole che mi vengono in mente ogni volta che pranzo in questo locale. Cucina tipica siciliana, ristorante molto curato e servizio ottimo e puntuale. Ho mangiato busiate alla norma ed erano davvero buonissime (non salate e cotte al punto giusto). Davvero top top top Punta di merito anche per i secondi di carne (qualità eccelsa)
