We had a fantastic meal.
The lasagna and spaghetti carbonara were incredible, made with meat and bacon from their own farm pigs. We also tried a pizza topped with melted fat, delicious and unique. The quality is extraordinary, and Máximo's friendly and informative service makes the experience even better.

We happened to be passing by and thought we'd take a look. The staff were very friendly, gave us a warm welcome, and spoke Italian and a little English. The menu selection was truly extensive. I had gnocchi with pesto, and my family opted for pizza. We all enjoyed it immensely—everything was fresh and homemade.
The only minor drawback was the restrooms, as some of the doors didn't close properly. I had to use the accessible restroom, but that wasn't a big deal.
We were also particularly impressed by the huge wine selection: bottles were decoratively lined up on the walls, and there was also an extensive wine list.
All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant—we would definitely come back. ☺️

The first courses were excellent, with fresh homemade pasta.
The second courses were excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection.
I recommend the wild boar pappardelle and the Florentine steak.

We come every year and are never disappointed. The caponnata is a dream, and the gnudi are also very, very tasty. We can't understand the bad reviews at all. The value for money is just right. The portions are typically Italian; you won't get full from just the appetizer or the primo piatto. The dishes are typically Tuscan and not run-of-the-mill. The service is also excellent; the staff is friendly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant.
