ristorante storico del cuore della città di Volterra. Sala ricca di vini e fotografie che ritraggono eventi legati alla storia del ristorante. Sul menù la fanno da padrone la Pasta fatta in casa e prodotti locali molti dei quali provenienti dalla loro stessa azienda agricola. Ho assaggiato i tagliolini al tartufo con crema inglese salata: pasta ottima ( peccato solo un po’ poca) , cottura perfetta, generosa la dose di tartufo, la salsa in accompagnamento era servita su un cucchiaio a parte e legava perfettamente il piatto una volta amalgamata alla pasta. Poi ho assaggiato una degustazione di ottimi pecorini. Servizio cortese e attento. Posto consigliato, non turistico ma molto tradizionale.

We were here last night and enjoyed the wonderful food! The fantasia bruschetta is highly recommended. The service was great, very friendly and charming. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, we ate pappardelle with tomato sauce, pappardelle with Chianina ragù, selection of Cinta Senese cured meats, blue cheeses (very good). Truly recommended.

The food was tasty, although it took a little longer to arrive and the dishes did not arrive at the same time. The staff was friendly. The restaurant is located in a pleasant street of Volterra.

14/08/2024: They are really good, the pizzas are good, but the fish dishes are also exceptional, tasty and plentiful. Friendly and fast staff, I recommend it, well done!!
09/08/2024: I had dinner tonight, everything was excellent and plentiful, the staff were welcoming and kind, and always with a smile, the fried food was delicious, plentiful, spaghetti with clams was very good, made with fresh pasta, the pizza dough was very good, the excellent tomato on top, good octopus starter, 90 km to arrive, but it was worth it, I will gladly return, the price is also normal.

11/05/2024: Excellent pastry shop, ordered a cake for my birthday 🎂 and for my mother... what can I say, a delicious and very fresh cake. Run by friendly and nice people, what more could you want! As they say in Rome, if you go to Jolly you'll be safe 😜
