Dinner in a setting perfect for a pleasant chat with friends. The outside setting is romantic, with lots of fairy lights creating a blur amidst the darkness of the surrounding fields. Truly excellent food!

An excellent lunch in a quiet and refined setting. Typical Piedmontese dishes of extraordinary quality, prepared with care and passion. A delightful lunch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is meticulously maintained: various types of bread and delicious breadsticks, fresh flowers on the table, a charming wine box with a pillow to rest your handbag on (a must-have for any woman), and recommendations on wine and the region. The decor is thoughtful, and the dishes are excellent. The portions are just right and the presentation impeccable. We discovered Da Balin by pure chance and will gladly return in the future.

A beautiful, relaxing atmosphere for dinner, but in my opinion a little less suitable for business lunches, as the price is too high for a business lunch.
An appetizer shared between two people and two plates of creamed rice with parmesan (which we found a little too heavy)
€36 each.
But obviously, that's just my personal opinion.

We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday at Ristorante da Balin, and it was a wonderful experience.
The food was exceptional, with attention to every detail. But what made the lunch truly special was the service; attentive to every detail; the young man who accompanied us was especially special: exceptionally classy, patient, discreet, always present without ever being intrusive. The way he served the wines and dessert was impeccable and added a unique touch to the day.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for such an important occasion.
A place we wholeheartedly recommend and will happily return to. So, THANK YOU!

At Balin, no matter what dish you order, you can't go wrong. Everything is always excellent. The staff is friendly, and it's also a pleasure to chat quickly at the table, making you feel at home. Impeccable service.
