An excellent lunch in a quiet and refined setting. Typical Piedmontese dishes of extraordinary quality, prepared with care and passion. Impeccable service and exquisite, attentive, and kind staff: we felt truly pampered. A perfect experience from start to finish. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

A delightful lunch. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is meticulously maintained: various types of bread and delicious breadsticks, fresh flowers on the table, a charming wine box with a pillow to rest your handbag on (a must-have for any woman), and recommendations on wine and the region. The decor is thoughtful, and the dishes are excellent. The portions are just right and the presentation impeccable. We discovered Da Balin by pure chance and will gladly return in the future.

A beautiful, relaxing atmosphere for dinner, but in my opinion a little less suitable for business lunches, as the price is too high for a business lunch.
An appetizer shared between two people and two plates of creamed rice with parmesan (which we found a little too heavy)
€36 each.
But obviously, that's just my personal opinion.

We celebrated my mother's 60th birthday at Ristorante da Balin, and it was a wonderful experience.
The food was exceptional, with attention to every detail. But what made the lunch truly special was the service; attentive to every detail; the young man who accompanied us was especially special: exceptionally classy, patient, discreet, always present without ever being intrusive. The way he served the wines and dessert was impeccable and added a unique touch to the day.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, elegant yet welcoming, perfect for such an important occasion.
A place we wholeheartedly recommend and will happily return to. So, THANK YOU!

At Balin, no matter what dish you order, you can't go wrong. Everything is always excellent. The staff is friendly, and it's also a pleasure to chat quickly at the table, making you feel at home. Impeccable service.

As always, at Balin, it's always a superb experience.... The precision of the flavors, perfect in every bite.... (The paccheri were a triumph of flavors). Nothing is left to chance in the various dishes.... the pairings are always perfect. The staff, as always, is extremely kind and friendly.... you feel like you're at home, but with superlative dishes.... I could practically go there every day... The wine list is impressive, but Francesca's recommendations are always precise and perfect.... In short, at Balin, you're always guaranteed a great experience.... Thanks again, guys and girls!!

Recientemente visitamos Balin con un grupo de amigos, y fue absolutamente excepcional.
Cocina tradicional, gran carta de vinos, servicio amable y más preparado.
Voy a recomendar este lugar tl tantos amigos como sea posible.
Risotto era el mejor y el bunet.
