By now, for our group, Balin has become a fixed stop and think... it manages to attract friends who come from Liguria, Lombardy and Piedmont "Saluzzo, Chieri" and all this can only happen for the chef's special risottos, in addition to the exceptional variety of sulumi ...

Tried it after various recommendations, for a dinner with colleagues. Pleasantly impressed by the quality of the cuisine and service. Although it is in a difficult location to reach, it is absolutely worth going there. Highly recommended.

We had dinner, very good food, excellent service and courtesy of the staff.....except for the prices which in my opinion were exaggerated, we paid for the dish of the day i.e. a taste of fried mushrooms 23 euros per portion "excessive" like the price of the desserts ....

The menu respects the seasonality of the raw materials, treated with mastery and culinary knowledge, as well as a careful presentation of the dishes. It is obvious that the menu includes rice-based dishes, with proposals that satisfy those who desire traditional dishes, or more refined ones, however masterfully cooked. Exceptional wine list, national and international. Well-spaced tables, taken care of for tablecloths and preparation. Careful but informal service with attention to the needs of the tables. A pleasant confirmation of the culinary quality that distinguishes the place.
