Simply perfect. From the location to the welcome through the friendly professionalism of the staff. From the menu, full of exquisite typical dishes, to the simple but very refined mise en place. From a rich cellar to the freshest raw materials, offered with impeccable service. Everything is in the right place without a single flaw. This restaurant also surprises you with its extremely positive quality-price ratio. I applaud the refinement of presenting the menu to the ladies without the prices listed, a delicacy reserved for high profile restaurants. In a word: chapeau!

Pleasant lunch, rustic atmosphere on the outside and very nice inside. Fresh flowers, candle, beautiful tablecloths and cutlery. The pleasant service, we were looked after well. Good dishes and wine. The menu offers special dishes that are not found everywhere. The only small discord, as we left after paying, we were not greeted and, considering the level of the restaurant and the medium-high prices, we would have liked to be asked if we were satisfied and perhaps a "see you soon". But it was a little sour note. We will definitely return and recommend it!

As we like the restaurant, simple, quality/price and the service is of high quality, the restaurant is located on a transit road between 2 important cities (Turin and Vercelli)

This is how I would define the trattoria of the past with a modern twist, a warm and welcoming place, where Piedmontese dishes reign supreme. All served with style using authentic raw materials, the wine list is very structured with the right mark-ups for the context.
Price around €50 per person excluding drinks.

Siamo stati a cena ieri sera, sotto consiglio di amici, davvero una scoperta splendida! Torneremo assolutamente! Il riso nella forma di formaggio ha fatto impazzire nostro figlio così come la panissa tipica del vercellese che ha preso mio marito, io ho mangiato una delle migliori tagliate di carne.. ambiente caldo curatissimo e pulito adatto anche per i nostri amici a 4 zampe… Veramente veramente tutto ottimo!!!
