Restaurant in the San Salvario area, but moved from the "hottest" area of ​​the premises.. few tables, quiet, elegant style and formal service. The menu is quite varied with some very particular dishes, for example the "canary" dessert where you can eat the entire emptied peel of a lemon 🍋. But for me the favorite dish was the onion tarte tatin with gorgonzola ice cream, really delicious 👏🏼. As for prices, we are in the medium/high range but not excessive, in my opinion still fair for what they offer. In addition, they offer a glass of prosecco upon arrival and one of passito after dessert, as well as two small entrées as soon as you sit down. I would say overall a good level, it deserves to be chosen for a nice romantic dinner 💯💯

Nous étions une grande table, nous avons commandé. Pour l’entrée erreur sur une des commandes, ensuite ils ont oublié un plat. Quand le plat est enfin arrivé, après que tout le reste de la table ait fini son assiette il s’est avéré que les pâtes n’étaient pas cuites. Elles ont été renvoyées et nous n’avons pas demandé à ravoir un plat car nous ne voulions pas attendre encore 20 minutes pour ce plat. Nous avons commandé le dessert, qui lui n’a pas subi de problème. Au moment de la note (850€ pour la table) ils avaient facturé le plat que nous avons renvoyé. J’ai trouvé ça dommage. Ils oublient le plat, finalement le servent pas cuit avec 20 minutes de retard et le facturent. Toutefois il faut noter que les plats servis étaient excellents. Ce mauvais pas de service n’enlève rien à la qualité du repas. La tarte tatin a l’oignon était incroyable, ainsi que le cabillaud en croûte d’herbes.
