This is an amazing place and a true dining experience. From the impeccable service, knowleable and super friendly staff to the perfectly executed dishes, there was nothing that could have been better during our dinner. Our dinner here will remain a fond memory for a very very long time! Thank you!

A place to try, impeccable and meticulous service, the sommelier is competent and very kind and passionate, the chef came to the table several times to explain the dishes, always with a smile that put everyone at ease. The food was truly fantastic.

A Michelin star-worthy restaurant in Noto, where you can truly feel the love for high-quality local products and Sicilian tradition. I’ll never forget the surprising amuse-bouche that looked like an olive praline. The sous vide egg was wonderful, and the octopus with mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious. The bread was excellent, and the olive oil—probably the best I’ve ever had. Attentive and courteous staff. I only wish I had ordered dessert! I hope to come back for the tasting menu.

Beautiful place, very good food, the girls are very polite and helpful, they explain each dish to you. The only flaw in my opinion, however, particularly important is the welcome that is cold and haughty

Amazing!! Simply amazing! If you love gourmet food you have to go there is you are in Noto. Spectacular food and amazing service! Would go again! We had the most amazing dessert. What is great about the place is that you can chose between a vegetarian, fish or meat menu.
