Magical experience.
We ate divinely.
The place is very well looked after and the staff are very friendly, despite it being a place with a Michelin star you feel at home and pampered the dishes have an absurd complexity of flavors it was fun for the taste buds and an experience to be repeated. It is a place that I recommend to all those people who want to have an experience that will leave their mark.

Ristorante elegante, servizio piacevole non troppo formale. Abbiamo scelto uno dei menù degustazione, quello a base di pesce, ben equlibrato. Alcuni piatti divertenti come le finte olive benvenuto dello chef, altri veramente buoni, come gli spaghettoni o la lampuga con salsa di cozze o il dessert a base di mandorla. Ottimi ed a tratti originali anche gli abbinamenti con i vini. Adeguato rapporto qualità-prezzo. Serata veramente piacevole!

An experience that borders on sufficiency for a restaurant that boasts of having one star. The dishes are normal for a fine dining restaurant. No dish truly remains in the memory due to the surprise in the overall taste and in the combinations offered. All good but not very good.
The evening we went the service was sufficient but really not attentive to the customer. Nobody asked us how the evening had gone, or a visit from the chef (who among other things remained sitting at one of the next tables with some acquaintances...)
Disappointing.

Among the best restaurants in Noto, boasting a well-deserved Michelin star, famous for its elegant dishes and a sophisticated environment furnished with impeccable taste. We'll be back with pleasure.
The only flaw is repetitiveness in the proposal I received
It forces you not to come back very often.
However, an experience worth trying.

Michelin-starred restaurant in the center of Noto above the Cathedral, I suggest you DO NOT leave your car in the central car park and go on foot because, especially in summer it is hard: everything is uphill, better to try to get closer. The restaurant consists of 4 windows in an ancient building with three different rooms. As in all starred restaurants there are different courses of meat, fish or vegetarian, we opted for the 2 courses of our choice. Overall, service, food and atmosphere, all good but.... it lacks personality, it all seems a bit recited from memory without real enthusiasm. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable but the overall sensation is "normal". Average prices for a starred hotel.

If the cuisine is up to standard although lacking authenticity... the service is not at all
