Magnificent!! is the first adjective that comes to mind, but perhaps it's not enough to describe our experience at the Cristallo Hotel. The room was perfect, clean, welcoming, and complete with every amenity. Good breakfast. Excellent dinner, high-quality food and cuisine, Lorenza truly superb. The staff was helpful and kind, attentive to our every request. And finally, the icing on the cake was Maura, the owner: AWESOME, KIND, COMPETENT, and THOUGHTFUL. She makes the hotel feel like a big family. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Tany and Angela
