Beautiful hotel with spa in Livigno, their excellent restaurant, taste the platter

We were with a group of 6 people and they made sure we had a good seating area together for the whole week. I love the fresh breakfast and dinner they served, it felt like I was dining outside every night. Breakfast is the same every morning, but it is very fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and very helpful, too. The owner Maura helped me find a great ski teacher just the night before, on a night when it was snowing we wanted to go out with sleds and she gave us every sled she could find at the hotel. We stayed late on some nights to play board games in the common area and she even joined us playing. The rooms are also very spacious, clean and comfortable. All in all, I'd go back and recommend it to everyone. The bus stops just in front of the Hotel door, so no need to walk with your equipment and the city center is 2 minutes away.

It is a facility that welcomed us nicely with its proximity to the ski slopes, ease of transportation, and helpful, caring and friendly staff. It will be our first choice on our next trip.

I stayed at the Hotel Cristallo in Livigno and the experience was simply unforgettable. We chose a suite and it was really worth it: spacious, elegantly furnished and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The attention to detail was evident, with a very comfortable bed, a welcoming relaxation area and an impeccable modern bathroom. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and available to satisfy our every request with a smile. We felt pampered from the first moment. The hotel restaurant was one of the highlights: delicious dishes that combined tradition and creativity, accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. The breakfast was also up to par, with a wide choice of fresh and local products, perfect to start the day. The location of the hotel is ideal, a few steps from the center of Livigno and the ski lifts, perfect for both skiers and those who want to explore the town. The availability of parking and stable Wi-Fi connection made everything even more convenient. I highly recommend the Hotel Cristallo, especially for those who want to indulge in the luxury and comfort of a suite. We will definitely be back!
