We came twice last week because we wanted to try both the first and second courses, and they were excellent. Compliments to the Chef and staff! If I were to return to Salento, I would return to Galatina to dine at Corte del Fuoco. The flavors of those dishes brought back wonderful memories. I absolutely recommend it.

Bel ristorante con qualche posto pure all'aperto in centro a Galatina.
Abbiamo preso due primi ,veramente buoni e delicati,e due secondi di pesce altrettanto buoni e cucinati bene.
Buonissimo il dessert

Eccellente in tutto, servizio, cortesia, disponibilità.
Abbiamo preso due risotti di pesce fresco ed una frittura e patate fritte.
Un calice di vino, una bottiglia di acqua.
Prezzo giusto per il locale, sopra la media.
Non ho le foto dei piatti ma del locale.
Grazie per come ci avete trattato da perfetti sconosciuti provenienti dalle Marche.
