Ristorante Corte del Fuoco In Galatina

A charming place in a small square in the old town. The owner is lovely, and she set us up at a table outside even though there were no more seats available. The dishes were delicious, as were the desserts.

For us who live in Rome and have a house in Salento, La Corte del Fuoco is a must-visit, and we'll be in Salento at least once a week throughout the month of August. The owner, a highly professional, with her elegance and discretion, manages to make you feel at home, pampered and delighted by exquisite dishes, prepared with all the love a restaurateur can put into them when they love their work. I'm writing this review with the utmost transparency and honesty, as I'm very critical when I go to a restaurant like Edo, the same job. Congratulations.

We stumbled upon this restaurant on a scorching morning in late July. At midday, with temperatures 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), the center of Galatina was practically deserted. We happened upon this restaurant, which looked very pretty from the outside, and we called to see if they had room for lunch. Although they officially open at 12:30, knowing we were outside in the scorching heat, they kindly opened the restaurant early. They seated us in the beautiful interior, with its authentic feel and rich vintage decor, and served us promptly. The dishes were all delicious, both meat and fish, and very carefully prepared. The dessert was also delicious. High-quality ingredients and a very fair price. We will never forget the kindness with which we were treated.

Very nice place in Galatina, located in a charming little square. Good food, mainly fish menu. Excellent meat appetizer, decent horse meat strips with brandy. Excellent and extensive wine list. Bel ristorante con qualche posto pure all'aperto in centro a Galatina. Abbiamo preso due primi ,veramente buoni e delicati,e due secondi di pesce altrettanto buoni e cucinati bene. Buonissimo il dessert Servizio cortese,attento e rapido. Consigliato

Scelto per intuito. Eccellente in tutto, servizio, cortesia, disponibilità. Abbiamo preso due risotti di pesce fresco ed una frittura e patate fritte. Un calice di vino, una bottiglia di acqua. Prezzo giusto per il locale, sopra la media. Non ho le foto dei piatti ma del locale. Grazie per come ci avete trattato da perfetti sconosciuti provenienti dalle Marche.
