I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Mas-cì and was impressed by the quality in every detail. The lamb chops with thyme were simply exceptional: perfectly cooked, tender meat, and an aroma that entices you from the first bite. The ambiance is meticulously maintained, elegant yet welcoming, with attention to every detail. The service is professional and friendly, always present but never intrusive, making you feel pampered from start to finish. The location and cuisine were excellent, with quality ingredients and well-prepared dishes. Five stars so far, but I'm taking two off due to an incident with the service: when I asked for bubbles to be served in a larger glass (already on the table) than the one offered (skimpy and thick), the waiter's response was a firm NO, arguing that the choice was inadequate. I had to repeat the request; I didn't appreciate the attitude and insistence. The experience begins with the service.
Excellent restaurant and hotel.

Highly recommended for the knowledgeable and very kind staff, and the refined and delicious food.
The owners, Vittoria and Savina, are truly exceptional.
This will surely be the beginning of a wonderful and lasting friendship....

We stopped for lunch at this restaurant, located across from a church. We sat outside in this lovely and romantic courtyard, covered in vines and grapes. All the dishes were delicious, and the staff were truly friendly. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.
