Went with wife several times. We almost always ate well as sometimes the dishes were not exceptional (too dry and/or tasteless). Very kind staff

Mejor restaurante de roma

10/12/2024: Small but very nice place with a menu that is certainly not usual to find in Rome. Dishes cooked well, some more successful than others. High prices but the quality of the products is unquestionable. Fast and very helpful service, we will be back to try other things

08/12/2024: I can't find any faults. Very high quality food, especially the broccoli (I'm not joking, try it). Excellent house red wine, fresh bread, impeccable starters and first courses and, to finish on a sweet note, delicious tiramisu cream. Warm and welcoming place, compliments for the service to all the waiters and kitchen staff. Fair prices and fair portions. Pleasantly satisfied🥰❤️
06/11/2024: I have been several times to the ancient cave, a family restaurant Fabiano, the owner always kind and available in recommending the best dishes, the place is for those looking for the tastes of the past, the pasta rigorously handmade, hand-cut ham, vegetables cooked dishes of various types now forgotten that you can only find at Fabiano, handmade soups with maltagliati, what can we say for those who love the substance and flavors of the past
