Beautiful cabin on the mountain in front of Châtillon and a stone's throw from the castle overlooking the valley. Classic and typical mountain construction and interiors. The menu is typical with traditional dishes. Excellent lunch and recommended restaurant, a small detour worth the stop from the bottom of the valley

I hadn't been to this restaurant in years because they had a fixed menu that you couldn't deviate from. In other words you had to eat what was offered to you In contrast to the freedom of choice that characterizes catering. Yesterday, after the phone call to book, they finally also included the à la carte menu. It was nice to rediscover the excellent typical cuisine with top-quality raw materials. I consider myself a recovered customer.

We were here for lunch on a Sunday and it was a wonderful experience! magnificent place, typical cuisine at medium cost but excellent!! We will be back as soon as possible!

siamo stati qui a pranzo per una domenica ed è stata un’esperienza bellissima! posto magnifico, cucina tipica a costo medio ma ottima!! Ci torneremo quanto prima!

Restaurant in a typical Aosta Valley house. Menu limited to traditional Aosta Valley dishes, very good. The polenta concia is excellent, the side meats are average. The bulk wine is good. Nice location. Helpful staff....

Really a nice surprise tried on the recommendation of a local friend, generous portions of high quality, super friendly staff! Polenta with meat and really excellent Aosta Valley crepes, textbook homemade apple strudel. Advised.

13/02/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, fantastic staff, delicious pizza, compliments to the managers and their staff…if you happen to pass by Gressoney, La Trinite’go there, it’s worth it…
08/02/2025: We had lunch. Very kind staff. Since I have celiac disease, they assured me that several dishes were not contaminated by gluten. I chose the Rostï with gratin vegetables and goat's cheese fondue, highly recommended! 😋 Better to book.
