Sono più di 10 anni che trascorro due o tre giorni all’anno a Caltanissetta e ogni volta ceno in questo ristorante. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari e’ impeccabile e i loro piatti eccellenti! Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wonderful place, very kind and knowledgeable owners. Express dishes. Careful attention to various intolerances (in our case gluten intolerances). Highly recommended. I will definitely return!

Un vero gioiello nel cuore della città. Eleganza, qualità dei cibi eccellenti cucinati con grande maestria dallo chef che insieme alla moglie hanno realizzato un posto davvero interessante. Un ristorante che può essere definito stellato. Mangiare il pesce così fresco, abbiamo ordinato dei crudi che si sono rivelati da sballo, una frittata asparagi e gamberi un’oca. Primi eccellenti. Cantina con vini di altissima qualità. Che dire: non vediamo l’ora di ritornare

We were in Caltanissetta for two days and got the tip from our landlord. The small restaurant only has a few tables and you are greeted warmly at the door by Fina, the hostess. Since our Italian is quite improvable, the menu and the daily recommendations were first explained to us very lovingly. Pino, also the owner and chef, briefly looked out of the kitchen to greet us in German. He ran a restaurant in Düsseldorf for many years - the "best time of his life," as he says. We ordered tagliata and an excellent red house wine. The food was fantastic. Pino & Fina are warm and courteous hosts who leave nothing to be desired. They really go out of their way to ensure the well-being of all guests - whether locals or tourists. It was so good that we went there again the following day (fillet in red wine sauce with olives and fresh garlic spinach). We wish Pino & Fina all the best. May their little restaurant burst at the seams, be showered with stars and they never lose the fun! :)
