We organized our wedding anniversary with Chef Angelo—an amazing experience! A warm welcome, impeccable organization, excellent dishes, and a blend of tradition and creativity—perfect if you're looking for something refined and unique. The pumpkin risotto with Bronte pistachio juice, lime-marinated red shrimp, and dehydrated prosciutto is highly recommended. All our guests appreciated the refined atmosphere of the venue, which complemented the tastes and friendliness of the staff.

Not just a simple dinner, but a journey through flavors. We chose a tasting menu that proved to be a true sensory experience. The Valpolicella-marinated tuna bresaola, resting on a bed of cannellini beans and onion, and the tuna tacos with Asian sauce and burrata were the pinnacle of harmony, surprising for their depth and balance of flavor. But no less memorable were the tuna tataki, the herb-filled amberjack carpaccio, the raw purple shrimp and scampi, the tempura in sweet and sour sauce, and the salmon carpaccio with balanced salts: each dish was exquisite, of excellent quality, a pure pleasure for the palate. Even the whey and hay bread and the apple puff pastry dessert fully contributed to the concert of flavors. An experience made even more special by the delightful conversation with the owners, who presented each course with enthusiasm and a hint of healthy pride, detailing the ingredients and inspirations. A chorus of tastes that filled the evening with emotion.

If you love fish, especially raw fish, this is the place for you... A dip in the sea, immersed in the Valpolicella.... The location is enchanting, the service and quality of the food are top-notch, but what I appreciated most was the combination of the dishes with various unusual yet very balanced spices, which made them delicate and unique. Definitely worth repeating!

Excellent tempura. But also the lemon tagliolini or the apple chips, all top quality.
