The place is small and intimate, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. We had a fish fantasy and two really good grilled fish. Attentive and kind service. At the end of the meal, we were offered biscuits to enjoy with bitters (a nice treat). The sacrifices and passion of these people must and are repaid by such goodness and professionalism. Well done

02/12/2024: Amazing pizza by the shovel!! The dough is truly exceptional and the filling ingredients excellent and in abundance. We were pleasantly surprised by this little place that wasn't inspiring from the outside, but the very kind service and the pizza won us over. If there were some "mushrooms" to warm up near the tables in this season it would be even better, but it's worth suffering the cold a little.

09/05/2024: For me it was an incredible dinner: tasty, good, full of personality, elegant and colourful. In his luxury restaurant I felt at ease with excellent service.
19/03/2024: Io e il mio compagno siamo già andati due volte al Fourghetti ed entrambe le volte ci siamo trovati bene. Il locale non è grandissimo, lo spazio tra un tavolo e l'altro permette la privacy e il menù è vasto e per tutti i gusti. La prima volta abbiamo provato le degustazioni con accoppiamento del calice di vino mentre la seconda volta siamo andati alla carta e ci siamo trovati benissimo in entrambe le occasioni. Se dovessi consigliarlo lo farei, unica nota da attenzionare è il prezzo (alto).
