Ristorante Cardinello In Gravedona

We were guests at the hotel and were out cycling – the couple was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful! We offered a free aperitif in the restaurant and even a small breakfast. Great!!!

Good food, spagetti frutti di mare was good, pizza ok, lassagnia should be little bit longer in the oven! Generally ok.

It was a bit chaotic, but the food was good. Not all the staff spoke English, which caused some confusion. We did have to wait a long time sometimes.

The food is average, and the prices are in line with the local average. The restaurant is pleasant, with a large outdoor terrace.

A very nice elevated terrace with a lake view, high enough above the road that the cars don't bother us. Pasta and steak were very good, cooked to perfection, and plentiful. Only the pizza wasn't our cup of tea: although it had a good and generous topping, it was thin and nicely crispy on the edges. Unfortunately, the otherwise nice, thin crust was soggy in the middle. The neighbors are a bit better at that. The pizza tasted perfect, though, just a bit of a shame about the crust. Nevertheless, we had two very pleasant evenings there with attentive service and good food. For those who don't speak Italian, there's an English menu. Card payments are no problem.
