A wonderful gem in magical Villasimius!
The village of Villasimius is already such a dreamy and charming place—and Ristorante Carbonara truly adds to the magic. This restaurant is an absolute gem and a must for anyone visiting this part of Sardegna.
Andrea, our waiter, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful—he made our entire experience even more special.
It’s my third time on Sardegna, my second time in Villasimius, and also my second visit to Ristorante Carbonara. I can say with confidence: if I return, I’ll be coming back here again, no doubt.
Highly recommended to anyone lucky enough to be in Villasimius. Don’t miss it!

The friendliness of the staff and the owners were very much appreciated by us, the quality of the food is above average for the place, in particular we appreciated the seafood salad (Pesce vero) and the trofie with Carloforte tuna.
Last but not least, “the seadas” deserve praise.
We will be back to try more!

Lovely traditional food in a very friendly setting. Highly recommend. We shared two fabulous anti pastas and a pasta main each with a side salad. So tasty and very relaxed. Shout out to staff and must be owners too as were so attentive and caring

Typical Sardinian restaurant, great food and service. Honest prices (especially compared to the other restaurants in the area!).

Una settima di vacanza a Villasimus. I miei figli ed io ci siamo fermati una sera a cenare qui....e poi ci siamo ritornati una seconda volta: atmosfera tranquilla e familiare, grande gentilezza e attenzione e del personale di sala. Tutto squisito, dal tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici, ai carciofini sott'olio fatti in casa, agli spaghetti alla carbonara. Peccato che abbiamo finito la vacanza, sennò saremmo tornati la terza volta!
