We visited Ristorante Carbonara for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. The dinner exceeded our expectations.
For our main course, we had two grilled fish, which we were able to choose in advance. After the appetizer, the fish was expertly prepared by a very experienced waiter. We enjoyed the fish very much.
The ambiance (inside and out) is very appealing and cozy. Finally, we enjoyed a delicious dessert.
We felt very comfortable, the service was friendly, and the owner was very attentive.
We enjoyed it so much that we immediately made another reservation and are looking forward to a wonderful end to our vacation at Ristorante Carbonara in Villasimius.

Dinner for two, a first course and a second course... excellent quality and variety (calamari, shrimp, small fish, and even mussels), the fried food, but for €25 the portion was a little smaller than expected. The first course was excellent, as was the portion. With a bottle of wine and a bottle of water, the total was €77. I recommend it if you want quality food without overindulging.

Una settima di vacanza a Villasimus. I miei figli ed io ci siamo fermati una sera a cenare qui....e poi ci siamo ritornati una seconda volta: atmosfera tranquilla e familiare, grande gentilezza e attenzione e del personale di sala. Tutto squisito, dal tagliere di salumi e formaggi tipici, ai carciofini sott'olio fatti in casa, agli spaghetti alla carbonara. Peccato che abbiamo finito la vacanza, sennò saremmo tornati la terza volta!
