I have the honor to be the artistic director of group of young opera singers from around the world who come to Cesenatico every year for 3 weeks to work on an opera, and to learn and hone their craft with our wonderful faculty. We found the Hotel Miramare at Cesenatico 3 years ago, and each year we are unable to believe how wonderful it is every year. Monica and Manuel are incredibly accommodating and are the epitome of what it means to have customer service, and have since become like family. As much as the program is impactful for emerging singers, musically, that we all eat so well, in a place that is so perfectly situated with ocean-views, is incomprehensible for many of our participants. The food, which changes every day, is so delicious. The fresh fish, the pastas, the pizzas are all absolutely top notch, but the servers which are some of the kindest most accommodating people around really do make the meal. Specifically, Cosimo and Antonio, who have been with us every year for 3 years, and who remembers all the faculty and recurring students, and treats our group of 25 (for both lunch and dinner) as never an imposition, but always is helpful, kind, and even joking with us! The experience for the participants is not only about the music, but about the environment, and with the entire team at Hotel Miramare, the Capo del Molo Restaurant, and the town of Cesenatico, I could not ask for a better environment to nurture and support these emerging artists! Thank you Monica, Manuel, Antonio, Cosimo, and everyone else who helps make this place so magical!
I have the honor of being the artistic director for a group of young opera singers from all over the world who come to Cesenatico every year for 3 weeks to learn and perfect their art with our amazing teachers. In my opinion this restaurant is not as good as it is claimed because the food is not served evenly and the noodles have no taste but the ambience is very nice and the location is very good but it is not the location that matters but the food that is why I only give it a 3 out of 5

Dinner a few steps from the sea
We have been frequenting Cesenatico for over 30 years, visiting the various venues of the beautiful town in Romagna.
One Saturday evening we decided to have dinner at the Ristorante Capo del Molo located inside the Miramare hotel a few steps from the canal port of Cesenatico, at the end of Viale Carducci.
We often saw it during our walks, but we hadn't been there for years.
The restaurant, inside, is large and welcoming and enjoys a beautiful view of the canal port, especially at sunset.
The menu offers many fish dishes as well as delicious pizzas.
My wife and I therefore opted for a Cold Fish Antipasto, rich, abundant and tasty, as well as a pizza La Stuzzicante, a classic diavola with spicy salami revisited with parmesan flakes.
The classic fish was an excellent and plentiful dish, as was the pizza (we read that the pizza chef has won several awards in the past).
The service was quite fast and precise, despite the large number of guests present, although on several occasions the waiters went around the tables without looking up to see if any of the guests wanted to attract their attention.
In fact, we waited longer to order desserts (Excellent Caprese Cake and Tiramisu) than initially to order the dishes for dinner.
Being inside the Miramare hotel, the Cassa is located at the reception, right at the exit of the restaurant which also has several (perhaps too many) doors connecting one room to another: on several occasions I noticed some couples complaining about too much coming and going between one table and another in conjunction with doors that should remain closed to separate the reception area from the restaurant area.
Overall, a more than positive opinion for the quality of the dishes.

Too bad, we were very disappointed by the pizza which was quite dry (especially on the edges). In addition, the dishes did not arrive at the same time at all, we finished an entire dish and then we received the pizzas. On the other hand, the appetizers and dessert were really good.

Personally I was not satisfied, we took two fish first courses but in both you could only taste the tomato and not the fish sauce, although it was there on the plate but it was completely disconnected from the rest. The risotto was full of broken clam shells and I was even warned when they brought it to me. If you already know that there are broken shells in the risotto you should not bring it.

This restaurant is located inside the Miramare hotel. It is large and welcoming and has a beautiful view of the port (even if it is quite dated in style). The menu features classic fish dishes. All the dishes were delicious and plentiful. The service was fast and precise, even if, for a 4 star hotel, I imagined it to be more refined in certain details. For example, the wine by the glass is not tasted by the customer first to see if it is good, but brought like this. Prices are ok.

We had dinner here one evening, we had pizza, the waiter was very nice and professional (he recognized our Lecce accent as he is also from the south)! The pizza was good, average, the restaurant is very nice!
