Today was really shocking almost horrible. Ok that it is a very visited place and full of tourists but the waiting time was really too long. Nothing to say about the food but the wait and the staff too confused.

We stopped at this restaurant as a lunch break during our skiing. The service was "self-service", you ordered at the counter and then brought your food to the table (we don't know if this is always the case or only during the ski season). The staff was very kind and attentive even though there was no table service. We ate pizzoccheri, Valbione dumplings, then shared a plate of polenta, salamella and mushrooms and finished with chocolate salami. Everything was really good, especially the dumplings, the polenta and the dessert! Furthermore, the external environment overlooking the Valbione lake is truly crazy! Highly recommended!

Today it was drizzling and the self-service bar was full of friendly and polite, like flies in summer, customers from the East. Deer with polenta good but expensive, pay 19 euros with paper plate and plastic cutlery!!!!

Comimos en la parte del self durante el dia de esquí. La comid estaba buenísima y a muy buen precio, como si estubiéramos en el pueblo y no en medio de las pistas, cosa que se agradece mucho.

26/05/2025: Hidden Gem of a restaurant! We were staying at the Villa Fenaroli Palace Hotel in Rezzato. Their restaurant was closed due to wedding receptions. Luckily for us we walked into the Filatoio Restaurant and after two weeks of Italian dining we came upon this gem. Everything from arriving to when we departed was perfect. The food was exceptional, the wine was perfect and the staff were attentive. Best Italian meal of our vacation. As far as price was concerned we couldn’t believe the value for the quality of the food. Recommend you get a reservation and we highly recommend this restaurant.
