The only two flaws: they don't serve still and sparkling water at the table, and then using the term "meat at will" seems a bit exaggerated to me, because this policy is then not put into practice, given that we asked for seconds, but according to the waiters the meat was already finished, not all of it, but 4 types of meat out of 5 that we requested were no longer available.

We chose the all-you-can-eat option to try different cuts of meat. Perhaps we underestimated it. All the portions were what I wouldn't call small bites. From the appetizers to the meats, everything was delicious and carefully prepared.

"Excellent cuisine, but service needs improvement"?
I had dinner at Carne e Fuoco, and I have to say the food was truly excellent, with tasty, high-quality dishes.
Unfortunately, the experience wasn't entirely positive: we'd chosen a tasting menu, but two courses never arrived. At the end of the meal, we were brought two limoncellos that we thought were on the house, but instead we found them on the bill as "amari."
Furthermore, we weren't given a receipt after paying by debit card.
I'm sorry, because the cuisine is truly worthy, but the service management could be improved.
It's a shame, because with more attention, it would have been 5-star.

Very nice place. Fantastic, friendly, and very nice staff. Excellent food, from appetizers to meat. Lunch with friends. We'll definitely be back.
