The first sensation you get when entering Brughiera is… familiarity. Even if it’s your first time. A renovated farmhouse that knows how to maintain comfort and elegance to spend a pleasant evening in a relaxed and extremely professional environment. The basis of the cuisine offered is the Lombard tradition, not to be confused with a banal and predictable proposal. On the contrary: the chef loves to amaze with some successful gambles. An example: risotto alla Milanese, luganega ragù and n'duja, caciocavallo Silano, smoked ricotta and bergamot. We tried the “patanegra” tasting menu. One dish better than the other. Pappa al pomodoro and patanegra, burrata, taggiasca olives and basil caviar: wow. Then chitarra cacio e pepe, patanegra bacon, artichokes, veal stock and crispy bacon: an explosion of flavors. And as a second course, in my opinion, the best: patanegra pork cheek, fried polenta, giarratana onion and black garlic ketchup. Vanilla ice cream, patanegra powder and rosemary oil to close a super promoted menu. Well done.

Sono stato in questo ristorante per un pranzo di lavoro e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Abbiamo provato uno sfizioso spiedino di polipo e un' ottima tartare di ombrina
Come portata principale abbiamo provato un' ottima carbonara e dei plin al riccio di mare

Beautiful refined location with qualified and very kind staff. I was there for my birthday and I chose the tasting menu. I can't tell you how much goodness. My son is already a customer and wanted me to try this experience. I will go back in the warm weather because they have a wonderful garden that they will set up. 5 stars well deserved. I'll post menus and photos

Bel locale in una cascina ristrutturata molto piacevolmente, apoena fuiri città, in mezzo alla campagna, ma facilmente raggiungibile. Ottimo servizio, pronto e veloce. Piatti moderni ben impiattati: ottimo e saporito l'uovo 61 con porcini e tartufo, le coscette di quaglia con caviale, foies gras e tartufo eccezionali. Il sottobosco con gelato di porcini, originale e di gusto innovativo un po' difficile da "prendere" nell'immediato. Prezzi in libea con quanto offerto.
