Ristorante Canossa In Reggio nell'emilia

We start with the very elegant bread and arrive at the sauces with a thousand flavors. We fill the plate with lots of vegetables, asparagus, artichokes and spring onions and get to the boiled meat. Nothing to say, the boiled meat is CRAZY with a thousand different flavors but if you're not a fan of meat you can have tortelli, ravioli and fettuccine! In the end you will have a spectacular dish with a thousand flavors to try, recommended!

70s restaurant, still one of the few remaining of the "old" restaurants. Excellent food, homemade first courses with a genuine flavour, a super-stocked trolley of boiled meats and roasts, you can really find everything including meatloaf. Kindness and courtesy. Nothing is missing!! Highly recommended!!! Well done 👏👏👏

Come sempre non delude mai il ristorante Canossa con le sue pietanze e il suo staff. Carrello dei bolliti e degli arrosti al top, buona la cotoletta alla bolognese, i tortelli conditi con il burro freddo e la lasagna un pelino asciutta. Dolci davvero deliziosi.

Take the boiled meat from the cart. It is cut with a very tasty breadstick, accompanied by a delicious homemade purée. I'll be back.

Il miglior ristorante tipico della città

La mia attività mi porta ad avere spesso clienti da ogni parte d'Italia e d'Europa. Tutti mi chiedono di portarli al Canossa. Non c'è stata una sola volta che ne siamo usciti scontenti nè per il cibo e neppure per il conto. C'è chi ha fatto il tris con il carrello senza l'aggiunta di un euro . Il formidabile carrello ha fatto milioni di Kilometri senza mai tradire la sua funzione. Il Canossa è sempre quello, E' il ritrovo delle famiglie reggiane per il pranzo domenicale, per uno di affari, per chi non ha voglia o tempo di andare a casa , per un turista. Un posto per tutte le situazioni e per tutte le stagioni. Non vogliamo che cambi l'ambiente , i camerieri ,quelli che stanno in cucina e l'unico vero carrello dei bolliti. Grazie di esserci
