Gorgeous location on the seafront; elegant, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Super efficient and very professional staff. The lobster linguine is excellent, and the mixed seafood appetizer is delicious. Average prices. Very entertaining entertainment with a delightful magician.

Byblos in Ospedaletti: a happy return to seafood flavors and attentive service After many years, we returned to Byblos for a Sunday lunch in uncertain weather. Despite the short notice, Marco, the extremely kind owner, found us a table for two and was courteous, attentive, and prompt throughout the meal. We began with a remarkable mixed appetizer: salmon tartare, seared tuna, saffron-infused scallops, warm octopus salad with mashed potatoes, and shrimp with cocktail sauce. A carefully crafted, balanced, and truly delicious mix. Next came the handmade gnocchi del marinario: soft, well-creamed, with tender calamari and a full-flavored, enveloping tomato sauce. The excellent second course was the fried calamari, shrimp, and mixed seafood: evenly browned and impeccably crispy, the light, dry breading didn't overpower the seafood aromas. Tender calamari, juicy shrimp, fragrant mixed seafood; Clean oil, generous portions, and a surprising lightness that makes you want more. To finish, lemon sorbet, tiramisu, and cannoli: all well-executed and delicious. With coffee, a welcome final treat of chocolate-covered gelato scoops and a choice of bitters. A place that confirms its reliability: focused seafood cuisine and service that makes the difference.

To say it's recommended is an understatement. Fresh fish, hot and raw appetizers, and delicious first courses. The atmosphere is elegant, yet the owner is attentive and makes guests feel welcome and at ease. The staff who served us were very friendly. You can eat inside or outside on the terrace by the sea.
