Ristorante Byblos In

We are moving to Ospedaletti and were looking for a reference restaurant. Hearing about this, we hoped we had found it. Saturday 4/29: A very choreographic spaghetti with clams because with giant molluscs, it's a shame they didn't taste like anything and the pasta was too dry. To my question about where those big clams came from, they replied 'over here'. To me they seemed Atlantic, but oh well. The insignificant grilled fish. I know that you can't expect fresh fish all year round, but even in the frozen sector you can choose which product to offer. For the quality of the products, in my opinion too expensive and overrated. It seemed to me like a cuisine for foreign tourists. I'm sorry, I was counting on it a lot. The staff very attentive and helpful.

What can I say, a 90's restaurant, a beautiful location, the owner is always there to welcome guests, the waiters are good and friendly, excellent fresh fish, I can only say excellent work, I will definitely return.

I love this place and it’s a pleasure every time I come back. The food is amazing, the service also and the whole ambiance just puts you in a totally different world. I recommend if you want to feel special. Make sure to make a reservation, especially if you want to visit for a dinner, because the place is fully packed.
