Excellent food and a great location: I recommend sitting at the tables on the veranda for a full view of Aosta! The fish is very good.

I didn't like the ambiance. Everything seemed very simple, and I didn't find it cozy. The tables are very close together, so there's no privacy at all. We didn't want to have a second glass of wine there. The food is excellent, the welcome was okay, but the waitress seemed so annoyed and unfriendly, completely untypical for Italy. No please, no thank you. It's a shame. There won't be a second visit.

A “local” brasserie that word has got out to the rest of that it’s worth the drive/walk up the hill to try.
We were staying close by (just a 4 min walk ) and tried our luck on a weekday without a reservation … they were fully booked!!! But, they managed to find us a spot provided we were done in an hour.
The service was exactly what we expected - helpful, efficient and friendly. The food probably exceeded our expectations - beautiful taste, good servings and promptly served. Cheap table wine to wash our meal down did the trick.
Highly recommended but also recommend you book!

Finding myself in the Aosta Valley and craving seafood, after some research, I opted for the "Brasserie Busseyaz" restaurant: it was the perfect choice! Here, you immediately feel at home.
The location is timeless, in the most authentic and positive sense of the word.
The service is friendly, attentive, and incredibly punctual, despite the large crowds.
During my visit, I enjoyed: octopus with potatoes as an appetizer; scialatielli with seafood as a first course; and grilled fish with grilled vegetables as a main course. Each dish was exquisite, with top-quality ingredients enhanced by impeccable preparation.
The portions are generous, a rarity these days.
Finally, the bill is surprisingly reasonable: you pay very little for a great meal. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby, but I wish I had a restaurant this close to home!
