23/03/2025: We ended up there on the recommendation of several guides and we were not disappointed. The pizza was delicious, the service was perfect, and the concentration and intensity of pistachios was incredible. The fries with pistachio cream and burrata were a revelation. The pizza with spicy salami and onion and the inspired ala norma sauce with eggplant were absolute culinary revelations. On a Friday evening, the place filled up quickly, and the service was perfect. The wine fridge also caught our attention.

22/03/2025: I have been to this pizzeria several times and each time I have found the appetizers and pizzas to be delicious, made with top quality products. The menu has an excellent selection of pizzas whose dough is light and easily digestible. The service is fast (even when the place is full) and the staff is polite. However, the managers and owners should be more empathetic with customers: I recently celebrated my birthday there. I would like to point out that none of the staff complained to us during the evening and that when we blew out the candles the place was almost empty, with another table intended to celebrate another birthday. We found it rude of the owner to call us back saying that "enthusiasm is fine, but you are disturbing the other customers" right at the end of "Happy Birthday to you". Assuming that we were really being a nuisance and were not realizing it (and we also rightly apologized for this), a "Guys please be quiet" would have been enough, also because we certainly would not have spent the rest of the evening singing the song. The reminder inevitably mortified us and conditioned the rest of the evening, perceiving a climate of excessive seriousness and little tolerance.
