An experience you absolutely must try.
A top-notch restaurant, not only for the food but also for the staff, especially Chef Berton, who at the end of the meal invited us into the kitchen and awaited us with a truly breathtaking final course. The under-35 menu is highly recommended for its quality/price ratio.

Refined, subdued atmosphere, excellent dishes, great kindness and promptness in the dining room to fulfill every customer request. I enjoyed every single moment I spent in this restaurant, even the chef Berton was kind and very humble during the passage in his kitchen. Well-stocked wine cellar, prices in line with the norm for Milan.

Chef Berton has made fine dining accessible and accessible. On Saturdays, he offers a menu for those under 35, featuring five courses and two glasses of wine for €95. This demonstrates the chef's desire to literally appeal to everyone. The service is incredible and courteous from the moment the restaurant doors open. The waiters are attentive, kind, and even coordinated: a stunning visual effect. The dishes are original, creative, and incredible. On the palate, it's an explosion of flavors; the coffee, caper, and lime risotto was a perfect balance of flavors. For me, it's an experience worth trying, especially recommended for young people.

We booked the "chef's table" option, and it was an extraordinary experience, to say the least.
The location was clean, the staff welcoming, kind, and polite. The atmosphere was formal and quiet.
We dined right in the kitchen, and it was wonderful to witness the rigor, method, and cleanliness with which the staff carries out their work.
Dinner was served directly by Chef Berton, who explained every single dish on the menu he had created for us.
A journey of authentic, special flavors, dishes crafted with attention to detail.
Everything was exquisitely delicious, perfect.

The five-course tasting menu for under 35s is incredible. The portions are absolutely generous, and you'll be more than satisfied with this menu. The sweet "egg" topping remains the highlight. The veal, cod, scallops, and lime risotto are also top-notch. The wine pairings are also excellent. Impeccable service.
