A magnificent experience, a location straight out of a 20th-century novel but with the cool atmosphere of a Parisian club. Lovely people, the scents in the air, and the architecture and furnishings that create memories. Beautiful.

Tasting menu 'not just broth' remarkable. Definitely interesting wine pairing. Obviously high level service. Maybe a little slow at the end. 40 minutes from the end of the savoury courses to the end of the two sweet courses. Bread, various mousse bouche, and small fantastic pastries. The only dish that I didn't understand was the tomato stuffed with pappa al pomodoro, basil sauce and cereal wafer with pecorino cheese.. For the rest, hats off. Ravioli with garlic, oil and chilli pepper etc etc, cod in two servings and lamb wonderful.. Advice for lovers of haute cuisine. Frankly I have been to restaurants with two or three Michelin stars that satisfied me much less than this one.

On the occasion of the lunch reserved for Under 35s that the Berton restaurant offers every Saturday, we decided to come and try the chef's cuisine.
The tasting menu includes five courses, the pairing of two glasses of wine and soft drinks for €95 per person.
The service was impeccable and up to the expectations of those who choose to come and eat in a starred restaurant.
I particularly appreciated the opening dish: the roasted scallop served with snow peas and white wine and pink pepper sauce.
In my opinion, the dishes on the menu are each better than the other, with refined combinations that are always aimed at generating surprise.
An example could be the kiwi in red wine in the fourth course: at first glance you are not led to think that next to the glazed pig there is actually a kiwi.
The mise en place is minimal, but at the same time extremely neat and clean.
At the end of the lunch, we were invited into the kitchen to meet and greet Chef Berton: a great honor and a pleasant surprise that we did not expect.

At Berton, the elegance of the neighborhood meets the finesse of the plate. The Non Solo Brodo signature menu is a sensory journey, where each dish is accompanied by a subtly crafted broth. A bold idea, masterfully executed.
The cuisine is modern, creative, impeccably prepared. Special mention for the food and wine pairing: unexpected, inspired. Cabernet Sauvignon, dense and deep, brilliantly moves away from Bordeaux codes. Sicilian Moscato, a pure jewel of balance.
Lamb in coffee? Surprising, and perfectly successful. A few seasonings convinced me less, but nothing that detracts from the overall experience.
Precise service, worthy of the greatest houses. An address that knows how to combine rigor, originality and refinement.

Esperienza davvero magnifica. Abbiamo approfittato del menú Under 35 a 95€, che comprendeva antipasto, primo, 2 secondi, dessert, vino e caffè. I piatti hanno tutti una gran presentazione e gusto. Location molto elegante e minimal.
La chicca finale è stato il saluto cordiale dello chef Berton ricevuto alla fine del pasto.

Provato noi era misto pesce e carne e siamo rimasti tutti super soddisfatti. Molto bella l’idea del menu under 35 per avvicinare anche i giovani alla cucina di qualità.
