Friendly staff. Everything very tidy. Excellent breakfast.

Good, but not great. We chose this B&B for a short stop in the Modena area, with breakfast included. The room was large, clean, and bright, simply furnished, but equipped with (almost) everything, even a small table for eating. The bathroom was well-appointed; I would have liked to see more glasses, even plastic ones, available. We had a problem with the TV in the room; we reported it to the contact number, and the response was fairly quick, although I would have preferred them to replace the TV rather than leave us without one. Service was generally courteous, but a bit slow. In the morning, it seemed very busy for breakfast. A wide selection of sweet and savory baked goods. The bar area and bathrooms were fairly clean, but I would improve. A few newspapers were available for guests. The free gnocco fritto (fried dumplings) offered in the morning could be improved. Parking is available in the B&B area and in the surrounding streets, free of charge; One evening we wanted to park in the guest parking spaces, but they were all taken, and there were also lots of cars in the adjacent streets, probably those of guests invited to a party they were hosting in the B&B's own hall. What a shame.

Lunch Fish-based, everything was good. A few small oversights, but excellent service. The girls were attentive, kind, and quick to serve. An experience worth repeating.

I often stop for a coffee, kindness, courtesy and competence. The sweet and savory showcase is "so much stuff"

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Top welcome.

Came here only for breakfast. Absolutely splendid. Lots of choices among Italian pastry.

We stopped for a wonderful breakfast served outside in the gazebo next to the bar...inside a mega buffet that was full of every good thing...recommended....
