Beautiful atmosphere for a birthday lunch. High quality food cooked well and friendly- nice service. Thank you so much for making my day so special. They are incredibly helpful on the phone as well and I managed to organised everything from abroad. TOP NOTCH !!!!!

"The dishes were delicious, well presented and with balanced flavours. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the poor service. We noticed speed in getting the dishes and it took a long time to receive the cutlery. The waiters seemed disinterested and poorly trained. A real shame, because the quality of the food promised much better."

Lovely place, with a wonderful view. The food is divine and the staff is very kind and attentive. The salted sea bass and the mixed starter are absolutely worth trying. The mixed fried calamari and prawns are excellent. Wonderful evening, Alessia and Antonio

High quality of the products offered by the house, catch of the day always available, very friendly and professional staff always at your side, environment? One of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Salento and in the absence of stars they have a ceiling full of fairy lights (great idea)!! Owners with a lot of experience, we will gladly return to taste new dishes

Disappointed with the service, the first dish took 35 minutes and the accompaniment to the second came before the main dish and 40 minutes after the first. The normal dishes, good but we will not remember them. a shame

20/12/2024: Io insieme ai miei 2 amici, abbiamo cenato con degli ottimi piatti a base di pollo 🍗, prima che iniziasse il gioco della serata! Dopo qualche piccolo problema tecnico, siamo riusciti a partecipare al Gioco a quiz del Mercoledì sera . . . e dopo aver fatto il giro di prova, abbiamo iniziato la prima manche! Credevamo di andar via a mani vuote. . . quando ecco che invece, al termine della seconda manche, con nostra sorpresa e incredulità, il nostro amico Antonio, si aggiudicava il premio finale della serata!!! Spettacolooooo 🤩🤩🤩

13/11/2024: Magnificent evening at Torre di Merlino, characterized by quality, tasty cuisine and the family hospitality that the owners, Antonio and Manuela, reserved for us. Few times do you feel so comfortable in a place, feeling pampered and welcomed as we did yesterday. Chef Antonio's menu offers a choice for all tastes, including traditional Salento land and sea dishes, cooked in an authentic yet refined way. Manuela is an excellent hostess, able to advise the customer and guide him in his choices. We can't wait to return!
