Historic restaurant in Pavia under new management, located along the Ticino with a wonderful view of the river and the covered bridge. High quality of the dishes served, I ate fish, high quality raw materials and excellent presentation, excellent service, the staff is expert, super attentive to customer needs.

I had lunch three times and they won't be the only ones... the heated veranda even in winter allows you to add to the pleasure of refined and well-presented dishes the emotion of a view of the river that changes with a cloud or a breath of wind... nourishing the soul has incredible importance for me. Today 11 January 2020 I can only confirm the opinion of excellence by publishing some photos taken around midday as the fog lifted and it's intuitive how fascinating that veranda can be liberty..

Great find. Impeccable service despite the late hour and the kitchen being closed. Hearty starter and excellent dish. I recommend if you come to visit the covered bridge and want to eat with a nice view of the bridge.

Wonderful for kindness location and excellent food

I went for lunch on a Saturday with my family and I must say that it is a restaurant worth repeating. The menu is varied in both meat and fish and we tried them both and they were all very good with excellent raw materials and cooked properly. The place is very nice and the service impeccable. Recommended for all those who want to eat well at a fair price for what it offers.

Siamo stati con 3 colleghi a cena. Ci piace “visitare” i ristoranti e lo facciamo abitualmente, almeno una volta al mese, alternando i locali di Pavia. Il Ristorante Bardelli, dopo un periodo di naturali cambiamenti e di assestamento a seguito della scomparsa del signor Franco Bardelli, una vera colonna del Ristorante, ha cambiato gestione e sta tornando agli antichi splendori. Nota di assoluto merito per i nuovi gestori: non aver cambiato NULLA del locale, identico a sempre, con gli interni di classe sulle tonalità del verde e del bianco e l’ impagabile dehor vista Ticino. Un locale il cui livello rimane indiscutibile, con tavoli ben distanziati per offrire a tutti la giusta riservatezza. Servizio impeccabile anche grazie alla perizia e alla cura che il mètre, storico collaboratore del signor Franco, mette in ogni dettaglio, facendo sentire l’ospite sempre al centro dell’attenzione, mai però in modo invasivo. La cucina è di gran pregio, si spazia dalla tipicità pavese a qualcosa di meno tradizionale e di rottura. Carta dei vini ampia, che accontenta tutti i palati e tutte le tasche. Vi invito caldamente a provare voi stessi “Bardelli” e non mi dilungherò sul cibo, perché sono convinto che una cena in un posto così sia un viaggio, in cui la location e l’atmosfera valgono per l’80%. Io mangerei anche un semplice uovo al tegamino in un posto così magico. Ma credetemi che parliamo di cibo di alto livello. Da rifare. Grazie allo staff e un ricordo a Franco, che mi sembrava di vedere al centro del dehor mentre sfilettava un pesce da servire con infinita classe ai suoi Clienti. Ciao Franco ❤️

Abbiamo passato un piacevole serata all’insegna del buon cibo, accoglienza e simpatia. Piatti ottimi, consiglio il risotto con ossobuco e antipasto flan di zucca, veramente ottimi. Il locale ha subito un’ottima sistemazione che lo rende molto accogliente. Servizio di lusso e molto cortese Torneremo presto! Consigliato!
