The homemade cookies are among the best I've ever eaten, and the welcome is incredibly warm. It makes you feel right at home.

The chef comes to the table to explain what's on the menu, and this alone speaks volumes about the quality of the products offered. All the dishes exceeded expectations, everything was fresh and prepared to perfection. This will definitely be a regular stop for years to come.

Excellent. A rediscovery with the old management (ownership) returning. Wonderfully cooked fish and country grass pea soup with Ventotene cuttlefish. We were only there for two nights (unfortunately we left), but it's one more reason to return to the island. Special mention to Daniele, who was very kind and helpful and even took care of my back by providing a special pillow... See you soon.

04/10/2025: A very nice establishment for me. The most beautiful because it's very open and elegant. The food is excellent; the fish is cooked simply and of unique excellence. We often return to Viva for aperitifs, too.

13/01/2026: I spent New Year's Eve 2026 in this magical place, Gaeta, staying in a room available at the restaurant. To say I felt at home is an understatement; I ate a seafood risotto that I'll remember for a long time. I'm sad to read the negative reviews; apparently, people often complain about the price: unfortunately, eating fresh fish is expensive; if you really want to save money, you're better off eating a sandwich at home. I'm very happy with my choice this year! ⭐
