Place criticized for no reason or rather in Italy the concept that quality and service are paid for is still not accepted. For me the quality of this place is difficult to find around then the price is discussed

Ad accompagnare una location deliziosa, la piazza di Ventotene, una cucina capace di gestire e scandire sapori caratteristici di questa terra e un servizio piacevole e efficace. Ottime peraltro anche le colazioni . Sempre buono il rapporto qualità prezzo

I went to this pastry shop yesterday morning to have breakfast with some friends. We sat outside, I ordered a cappuccino and a brioches with cream and black cherry, undoubtedly delicious. It's a shame that I was served with a long hair, I called the girl who had served us and I thought it appropriate to tell her quietly and calmly, the attitude of a customer who knows that these things can happen. In response and in a rather annoyed tone the girl replied: "ok but today it's windy, your hair can fly" as if to say "but don't bother me!" , for my part I replied "well the hair will fly too but not from my head, I'm bald!". The brioches were recalled and replaced. Too bad for the attitude....

25/08/2023: Ottima pizza senza glutine e senza lattosio. Sono una delle poche pizzerie in zona ad offrire questo (ottimo) servizio per intolleranti. Il servizio self service non è il massimo ma neanche catastrofico. Da rivedere assolutamente i prezzi delle birre
06/08/2023: Siamo stati alla Capricciosa un venerdì di luglio e devo dire che prima della calca agostana i tempi di “produzione” di fritti e pizza sono stati accettabili. Due appunti pesanti: un servizio self service si giustifica solo se: 1) e’ più veloce 2) si riflette...

La Pescheria Ristorante

23/08/2024: La Pescheria offers a basic, modest menu. Fried or grilled calamari and prawns, mussel peppered sauce, spaghetti with clams... seen and reviewed. But the customer must not dwell on that but look up at the sign that promises the fish counter. The bench is there and it is top quality and here we move from the Amateur series to playing in the Champions League. We caught a sea bream (weighed and declared price) which was simply superb. Yes it was "only" grilled, but what a flavour, when the raw material is excellent. In short, if you sit at the Fisherman's table, ignore the menu and decide to get serious.
