Spectacular! We had lunch with friends, we ate a menu agreed upon in advance (mixed starter, agnolotti with meat sauce, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​meat, lamb steak, side dishes and dessert). Everything was really great!!! Genuine, quality food, highly recommended!

Definitely one of the best places to appreciate true typical Umbrian cuisine, all with great attention to wines thanks to Lorenzo's passion. Splendid and tasty dishes, nice drinks and the great courtesy and professionalism of the Polidori family make La Collina a true treasure.

We went for a company dinner in the middle of the week, mixed appetizers, first courses, second course, dessert, very good coffee but the really special risotto with porcini mushrooms stands out. The service and price are also excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for honest, genuine cuisine!

27/10/2024: One of the cafés overlooking the main square of Panicale in a certainly suggestive position. Friendly staff and good service. The tart is excellent.
06/09/2024: My favorite place to drink a good glass of wine. Wide selection of very interesting wines, even by the glass. Also excellent as a cocktail bar, the best in the area for quality and service. Congratulations, highly recommended.

12/10/2024: Overall the opinion is positive. I only ate a pizza, I'd say it was good. Substantially traditional desserts. I took a profiterol; a particular dessert that must be very fresh to be very good, perhaps this was a small flaw but understandable.
