Excellent structure. Very helpful and kind staff. The location is also excellent. Close to the slopes and free shuttle to reach them provided by the structure itself. Clean facility and an excellent and plentiful breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, mountain style. Spacious room. Good cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Very friendly and courteous management and staff. We spent a wonderful week also in the company of my dog. Convenient private parking included in the booking.

I stayed 4 days at the Baita Clementi hotel in a superior room for around 420 euros per night with breakfast only and this is what I can review: The rooms are old, the floor is made of shiny plastic that resembles a fake parquet texture, the curtains are broken and it is not possible to close them completely, the yellow sofa at the base was completely dirty. The bathroom featured a public bathroom-style door, completely scuffed and with the names of previous visitors engraved with a key or knife into the wood. The tiles are also from the 70s like the bathroom fixtures and taps. As the only plus point I can say the view of the mountain was very scenic. Let's say that the standard of my room was that of a 2-star hotel and not a 4-star one. I was disappointed by the quality-price ratio, but I leave 3 stars because all the staff were friendly. The hotel is convenient for walking in the center but still requires a car to go to the ski resorts.

Non volevamo l’abbuffata di Natale e ai Pini abbiamo trovato un menù alla carta . Il menù aveva una buona scelta di piatti, originali, molto buoni e in quantità a noi congeniali. Personale gentile , discreto , premuroso . Per cui perfetto . Se posso consigliare un paio di dettagli . Il cestino del pane non all’altezza , 2 schiacciati e qualche grissino ci sarebbero stati bene . Dall’ antipasto al secondo (abbiamo evitato il primo ) 30 min sono un po’ tantini . Prezzi coerenti con qualità del cibo e servizio , Ci torniamo di sicuro , ….. ci eravamo già stati 😉

Ristorante baita dei pini ci è piaciuto moltissimo, i piatti sono ottimi (in particolare la pappardella e il tortino al cioccolato) e con prezzi onestissimi. Un ringraziamento al membro del personale, Salah, che è stato cortese, simpaticissimo e impeccabile nel servizio. Torneremo sicuramente!
