Excellent experience at Bar del Fico! Munshi's service was impeccable: very attentive, friendly, and made all the difference during our visit. The beer was always ice cold, the appetizers are very generous and extremely tasty, and the food is simply excellent. Everything is of great quality, with a pleasant atmosphere and service that makes you want to come back. I recommend it without a doubt!

Once a must-visit for aperitivo, now also open for lunch. We happened upon the area and took advantage of it. Behind Piazza Navona, the area is very touristy. We ordered cacio e pepe and cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. The first courses were well-made, creamy, and well-combined; the only flaw was the cacio e pepe, which was a bit sparse. In the late afternoon, we stopped by again for aperitivo, and I have to say the service was very poor... half of our order arrived 10 minutes after the first half, the rest 15 minutes after the first half... 2 napkins for 6... could be much improved!

If you are looking for a relaxing place to play casual chess, this is the place to go. They have three tables for chess players, typically in the afternoon to evening. One downside is people may smoke. If you have young kids, keep this in mind.

06/08/2026: This morning I went to Casa Manfredi and what can I say... delicious cappuccino! But the highlights are the chocolate pan suisse and the crostata: amazing. You can see the workshop in full view and you can tell they make everything with care, you can taste how good it is. If you're in the Pyramid area, it's an excellent pastry shop you absolutely must try; the staff is incredibly friendly.

11/08/2026: Amazing food and amazing service. My boyfriend is celiac and we had an excellent time! Loved it!
16/06/2026: The atmosphere is very pleasant, it seems quite family-friendly, the carbonara is absolutely incredible, I highly recommend it (I ate it almost every day I was in Rome). The service is great, the owner handles everything from customer service to deliveries, haha, he's very friendly! I highly recommend it!
