Super friendly and great service. I had a really delicious latte macchiato. The little sweets were really tasty.

I admit the juice was good, as was the easier chocolate bomb, but I didn't expect to be ripped off for €6 for a fruit juice. I could understand the filled bomb, which was €3, but not the fruit juice.

Top-notch pastry shop, a wide variety of products, and friendly staff! The only drawback is that during the colder months, you can only sit outside. Excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff and great cappuccino and biscotti, away from the usual crowds!

Update: I give credits when it's due and Casa Manfredi stepped up it's game since my review 2 years ago. The Eggs Benedict / Royale has been very much improved, now plated with a custom molded croissant, like a vol-au-vent or shell, which holds 2 poached eggs, smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce. See updated photos. I also went there on a rainy day when there was no seating and they happily put it in a foil lined to-go box, and it was still warm when I got home. Kind efficient service, also give the pastry case a look for prefect dolci to go with your caffe. Highly recommend, but take your time. This is not a hurried place. Best to make a booking on the weekends as there is limited searing. -- Nice neighbours café / pasticceria in Aventino, serving brunch, pastries and lunch dishes that are carefully crafted. Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was legit, topped well with lemon buttery hollandaise sauce. The embarrassing shortcoming was they served it with only 1 poached egg on an €18 bill.
