Magnificent room and lake view.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, unlike the restaurant staff, who lacked experience and diligence.
The room was wonderful, however... it is ABSOLUTELY necessary to address the bathroom window, which allows people in the parking lot to observe the bathroom from the outside (photo attached).
It is unacceptable that guests are exposed directly from their bathrooms...

Wonderful stay at Aurora. Everything was “perfecto”. Delicious breakfast, great drinks, a romantic dinner overlooking the lake.

Hermosa vista! Las mesas delanteras son solo para los huéspedes del hotel, pero es agradable en todas partes. La comida era buena. Los trabajadores también eran agradables.

Outstanding hotel with such a wonderful vibrant family feeling. The main restaurant looks awesome but our insight would be to prefer the terrace/bistro with a gin and tonic on the sun bathed terrace beforehand. Staff are awesome, food amazing and we wished our 2 days had been 5. We will return and recommend

Opinion only about the restaurant - the staff effectively discouraged us from using the restaurant by saying the kitchen was closed and we started at 7:00 p.m., but we arrived at 6:00 p.m. - there was no offer of "Wait" and they offered us the worst table - we did not take advantage of the offer

An incredible stay made all the better by the friendly and gracious staff who were so helpful. You can’t beat the scenery and location, the onsite restaurant (best lasagna bolognese you’ll ever have), or the proximity to the ferry for exploring other areas around Lake Como. Grab a balcony room, it’s a view you’ll never forget. And book a Lake Como Boat tour, they can pull right up to the pier at the restaurant across the street.
