I had an amazing stay - everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding — honestly the best I’ve ever had in Italy! The selection was excellent, freshly pressed juices, locally sourced butter and eggs, and even a great variety of breads. The hotel’s location is perfect, almost directly on the lake, and the restaurant sits right by the water, serving delicious meals. I didn’t even feel the need to try other restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers free sun loungers for guests as well as SUP boards and kayaks, which was a wonderful bonus. I would love to come back!

It's a magical place! Not to be missed. The restaurant is excellent and the service wonderful. Without a doubt, my favorite place to stay on the lake!

We stayed at Hotel Aurora for one night and it was absolutely amazing. From very spacious and clean rooms to lovely and always smiling staff to delicious breakfast buffet! In Italy it is rare to find such an overwhelming array of food for breakfast and I was absolutely delighted. There was something for everyone - gluten free, vegan, meat eaters etc. New, fresh food was being brought all the time and it was visible that the ingredients were very high quality! The views around are breathtaking and we would definitely come back:)

All in all, a couple of successful days; everyone was very friendly, except for the parking attendant who was a bit grim at first, apparently due to communication difficulties. The manager's service was great. Because of the storm damage, there were no buses to Belagio on Sundays, and after waiting 30 minutes at the bus stop, I returned to the hotel frustrated, but the manager simply drove us to Belagio at the hotel's expense without any further thought. Great service, and once again, thank you very much for that. The biggest advantage is the restaurant belonging to the hotel (everyone is a family, perfect), just 5 meters away. Great food, very good pizza, and the fish was fantastic. Yes, the price...but also the location. The loungers right on the water and the free canoes are also something to consider. In conclusion...I'd gladly go back...

We ate breakfast here on our way to Bellagio from Torno. We had the ham and cheese omelette, coffee and I had a piece of toast. The omelette was delicious and only €6. Overall, the ambience was pleasant. The coffee was excellent.

Wonderful location, the rooms with decks are very comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious dishes and the service is excellent. Reservations are required. The breakfast is very comprehensive.

Positives: The restaurant/pizzeria is excellent with impeccable service. The small beach on the pontoon, although narrow, offers several enjoyable water activities. Cons: The photos on the website and Booking.com mainly highlight the villa, not the hotel. In reality, the hotel rooms are very small, noisy due to their location on a busy road, and offer minimal comfort. The "lake view" mainly overlooks the restaurant roof and the road, which can be disappointing. Finally, while the service is efficient, it lacks warmth and friendliness. In summary: Very good restaurant and activities, but the hotel accommodations fall far short of expectations if you don't stay in the villa.

Stunning location: the restaurant has a beautiful panoramic terrace directly overlooking the lake, beautifully furnished, with a welcoming yet refined atmosphere. Delicious food, with truly succulent lake fish appetizers. Friendly and youthful service. Good portions, nice selection of desserts. Simpler pasta dishes are available for children.

Hermosa vista! Las mesas delanteras son solo para los huéspedes del hotel, pero es agradable en todas partes. La comida era buena. Los trabajadores también eran agradables.

Siamo stati qui oggi a pranzo per il compleanno di mia sorella, una vista meravigliosa e incantevole, cibo superlativo eccellente per me, una torta caprese che si scioglieva in bocca e che dire Desireee che si trova alla reception dell’albergo gentilissima e disponibilissima al momento della prenotazione e della sorpresa per mia sorella… per me è 10🥰
