Opinion only about the restaurant - the staff effectively discouraged us from using the restaurant by saying the kitchen was closed and we started at 7:00 p.m., but we arrived at 6:00 p.m. - there was no offer of "Wait" and they offered us the worst table - we did not take advantage of the offer

Outstanding hotel with such a wonderful vibrant family feeling. The main restaurant looks awesome but our insight would be to prefer the terrace/bistro with a gin and tonic on the sun bathed terrace beforehand. Staff are awesome, food amazing and we wished our 2 days had been 5. We will return and recommend

An incredible stay made all the better by the friendly and gracious staff who were so helpful. You can’t beat the scenery and location, the onsite restaurant (best lasagna bolognese you’ll ever have), or the proximity to the ferry for exploring other areas around Lake Como. Grab a balcony room, it’s a view you’ll never forget. And book a Lake Como Boat tour, they can pull right up to the pier at the restaurant across the street.

Small but clean rooms, very friendly staff and the most delicious breakfasts. There is a mini-beach with sun loungers.

⭐️⭐️ The meal was good, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow: we had to look for the waiters several times (there were two of us), and they saw us but didn't come towards us. Two other tables arrived 30 minutes after us and finished their meals well before we had finished ours. At first, we didn't say anything, thinking it was a simple oversight, but over time, we realized that the problem was ours, for no apparent reason. This situation really ruined our evening. We had made a reservation for 7 p.m. and didn't leave until 10:30 p.m., which is way too late for a simple dinner. It's a real shame, because this was the only bad experience I had during my stay in Italy. For this reason, I do not recommend this restaurant.

This hotel is located in the charming town of Lezzeno. It's very well connected, with a pier just a 5-minute walk away for visiting other lakeside villages. The restaurant offers superb views of the lake, and the food is delicious. The hotel has a jetty for swimming and various water sports. The staff is friendly.

That was the greatest hotel in Italy. Great and friendly service, helpful around the clock. You can rent a boat a go for a ride, thanks to very clear instruction it was a really nice experience. Overall, great time spent here. P.S enough parking space for a veery narrow village 😁

Amazing!!! Dear room 301 something wonderful lake view even with the rain fascinating and romantic!!! All the wonderful staff also at the restaurant!!! 5 stars are not enough!!!!
