A fantastic evening in Santa Maria al Bagno. Great location in a beautiful old building with a terrace facing the sea. Skilled waiters who are always attentive to the guests. And not least fantastic food.

I can only confirm the many positive reviews. I was struck by the image of the various dishes seen on the website. What can I say?! The flavor of the dishes absolutely lives up to the plating... I want to emphasize the service performed with such care by a courteous waitress, always attentive but never invasive during the meal. Highly recommended!!! 10 stars for me!!!

Every June I go to Salento and every year I have at least one dinner at Art Nouveau. A wonderful, relaxing place with a beautiful view. The staff is attentive and courteous, and the food is excellent. They're also very considerate if there are children at the table. Definitely worth a try.

19/09/2025: The manager's dislike is not offset by the quality of the food, which is truly disappointing: the seating procedure is unclear and leads to disputes between customers. Some sit down before ordering, others order before sitting down; it's unclear and even more complicated given that there are only three tiny tables.
