Excellent restaurant, with a beautiful internal room and terrace overlooking the sea. The tables were well arranged and favored a composed and pleasant conversation. The wine list was very extensive, with many labels from credible wineries: I drank a Chardonnay in barrique. The menu, very clear and well structured, allowed you to choose dishes designed and created to reach the palate delicately. The dining room staff, with great professionalism, clarified the intensity of my appetite and gave me excellent advice on the choice of dishes. I started with a small appetizer consisting of three tartare based on tuna, sea bass and purple prawns. To follow, even if I was very skeptical about the first course (elsewhere, or too much oil, or too much garlic, or too much everything), linguine with sea urchin which could have been a god's virtuosity. I was lucky to have this precious experience which I will complete very soon with one of the tasting itineraries on the food list. A stop dedicated to all lovers of fresh fish, the name they chose for the restaurant fully represents their culinary vision. If you are reading me, I advise you not to miss this stage! We went to this restaurant located by the sea in a small and wonderful seaside town which is one of the most beautiful regions in Italy: "Puglia". The restaurant has well-arranged tables on an external terrace overlooking the sea and some very welcoming internal rooms. Let's start by saying that the internal rooms are large, with well-kept furnishings, essential paintings with bright colors that recall the sea and the colors of Puglia. The white color dominates the rooms, every small detail, even on the table, is enhanced for its essentiality. The staff is very kind and qualified. The choice of wines is wide and well detailed and offers the possibility of choosing from many accredited wineries from our best Italian producing regions, there is no shortage of foreign wines and excellent champagnes. Clear menu, dishes with essential and high quality ingredients. There is also the choice of tasting menus and the catch of the day. In detail we took a trio of tartare, composed of tuna tartare, purple prawn and sea bass. All very pleasant on the palate and rich in taste, the plating is essential but beautiful. As a first course we had linguine with sea urchin. The sea urchin as the basic element of the dish already speaks for itself, if then, as in our case, served garnished with raw sea urchin then the taste and olfactory sensations have become extraordinary. We wanted to taste a white wine from Puglia, and under the advice of a very kind waitress we drank an excellent Chardonnay which went very well with the chosen dishes. To finish, a delicious tiramisu that put an end to this wonderful and sensorial food and wine experience. Really good.

Cortesia impareggiabile, nessuna pressione da parte del personale per i due turni, ottime le patate fritte e non male il pesce. Non ne ho usufruito ma carta dei vini degna di nota. Unica pecca, terrazza: sebbene con vista splendida, troppo vicina alla strada.
