We dined alfresco during the Spoleto Opera Festival and enjoyed a delicious lunch with great wine, attentive service all at favorable prices for a Michelin recommended property. I recommend the specials of the day and trusting the suggestions of the expert professionals who serve you. We did and enjoyed rabbit as well as other delicious courses. Would I dine here again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

The Apollinare restaurant offers an excellent quality of food, with also a fairly large choice, in a pleasant setting in Spoleto's historical centre. While the culinary experience is absolutely to be appreciated and recommended, unfortunately the restaurant surprised us with some unexpected and unfortunate service shortcomings that have lowered its rating. The lack of a proper customers reception when arriving at the restaurant, excessive waiting time between dishes and the need to pay at a small desk, queuing with other paying customers were well below expectations. Pity, because the food, while rather expensive, is truly excellent!

The place is very nice, the welcome very kind and helpful. The service was a little lacking but nothing serious. The food was good, the attention to detail and presentation was appreciable.

Very good restaurant! The food was very tasty and the plates were so beautiful. The service was great and the waiters were very kind. It’s definitely worth a visit if you come to Spoleto. We recommend the chocolate sphere for the dessert, it was super good!

A restaurant absolutely worthy of its numerous awards. Impeccable service. A journey into taste and flavors with original and artistic presentation of dishes. The spaghetti with squid ink is very good for the palate and the eyes. The lavender crème brûlé is fabulous. Cozy, but above all relaxing environment.
