Ristorante Apollinare is a gem in the wonderful city of Spoleto. Impeccable and attentive service despite the (never intrusive) crowds on the August bank holiday. Excellent food with unconventional yet decidedly successful pairings. An excellent restaurant and highly recommended.

A very positive experience: the highest quality ingredients are prepared and transformed into truly excellent and creative dishes, with a contemporary twist on traditional Umbrian cuisine. Some dishes, from outside the region, were created by the Apulian chef. The setting is elegant, functional, and tastefully arranged. The atmosphere is enchanting, thanks to the splendid architectural setting of Spoleto's historic center. Impeccable service, attentive yet discreet.

We had dinner on a delightful terrace in the historic center of Spoleto, enjoying a splendid evening atmosphere. The setting is truly enchanting: intimate and refined. The food was excellent, with well-presented dishes and quality ingredients. Some preparations could be further refined to reach a truly excellent level, but overall the gastronomic experience was more than satisfactory. The real strong point, however, was the staff: welcoming, attentive, never intrusive but always present. Impeccable, friendly and professional service, which contributed decisively to making the evening special. Recommended for those looking for a romantic dinner or simply a relaxing experience with good food and high-level service, in the heart of one of the most fascinating cities in Umbria.

A true fine dining experience. Service was impeccable with excellent food presentation. The food was delicious especially the pasta truffle, pigeon and chocolate sphere. The wine advice was spot on.
