A Sunday in September, a beautiful day for a stroll around Chioggia and lunch at Antico Toro. There were large groups at lunchtime and it was a bit crowded, so not the best day for a quiet lunch. There were four of us. The portions were good and tasty, the only downside: the dishes weren't very generous and a bit sparse. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, despite the large crowd. We'd definitely try it again on a quieter day. We'll be back.

Excellent restaurant with prices in line with the location. One of the best fried foods I've ever had, but it's a shame the portions are so small. Pay a few euros more and you'll get a slightly more filling dish!

There were eight of us for dinner, seven of whom ordered fish and one of whom ordered meat. All the dishes were well cooked and very tasty. The location was a bit spartan, and the waiter was a bit crude but very kind.

Nice place, good food, and great prices. The only downside was the waitress's assertive, arrogant responses. The other girls were very kind.
