A well-kept and welcoming place, with a wide selection of menu options and a fair price/quality ratio, and fast and attentive service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent experience, we'll keep it as a go-to when we return to Chioggia. Recommended!

I enjoyed the "Spanish-style mussels and clams" appetizer, which I found very tasty, and the spaghetti with squid ink was truly rich in flavor.
I finished with a puff pastry with custard and strawberries.
The atmosphere was pleasant and the wait staff was friendly.
Excellent location for a post-dinner stroll in the center of beautiful Chioggia.

Honestly, I've had better.
Low prices, but the quantity matches the price.
The seafood appetizer was poor.
The mixed fried fish was good, but the shrimp casings had to be removed!
The mixed grill was a bit dry.

A simple place but the food was quite good: spaghetti with spider crab, perhaps a little too garlicky, spaghetti with lobster, grilled cuttlefish and fried scampi were excellent!

A Sunday in September, a beautiful day for a stroll around Chioggia and lunch at Antico Toro. There were large groups at lunchtime and it was a bit crowded, so not the best day for a quiet lunch. There were four of us. The portions were good and tasty, the only downside: the dishes weren't very generous and a bit sparse. The staff was extremely kind and friendly, despite the large crowd. We'd definitely try it again on a quieter day. We'll be back.

Excellent restaurant with prices in line with the location. One of the best fried foods I've ever had, but it's a shame the portions are so small. Pay a few euros more and you'll get a slightly more filling dish!
