I was at Antico Borgo and I must say that it was a truly pleasant experience. I tasted the first *Il Mare in Bocca*, a first course that already promised well from the name: an explosion of seafood flavours, with very fresh ingredients and perfect cooking. Every bite was balanced and rich, without ever feeling heavy. I concluded with a dessert that was a small work of art, with attention to both taste and presentation. The service was impeccable: friendly staff, attentive to detail and never intrusive. A restaurant that combines excellent cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere. I can say that dinner in this restaurant left me with wonderful memories: inebriating aromas and flavours, the quality of the raw materials, the hospitality of the staff and finally the location!!! A real show!!

This evening I had the pleasure of dining in a restaurant that to define as "excellent" would be an understatement. From the first moment, the elegant but welcoming atmosphere made me feel special. The staff, impeccable in courtesy and professionalism, were able to guide me through the menu proposals with competence and passion. The gastronomic journey began with an appetizer that was a true work of art: each ingredient was carefully selected, fresh and harmoniously balanced. The first course, ravioli with a rich and fragrant sauce, exceeded all expectations, while the second — swordfish cooked to perfection — melted in the mouth, accompanied by tasty and well-presented side dishes. The dessert closed the evening in style: a refined, balanced and visually breathtaking dessert, which left a very sweet memory on the palate. The bill? Absolutely in line with the quality of the service and raw materials. A dinner like this is not just a meal: it is an experience to live and relive. Highly recommended for those looking for real emotions at the table. When cooking becomes art, this is the result.

I come back here after 5 years and nothing has changed. The food is as good as I remembered if not better. The dishes are wonderful The service thanks to Alessia is pleasant, she has a very nice, professional, non-intrusive manner and is always ready to advise you whenever you request it.
