A guardian of Milanese cuisine, this restaurant has been in the Brera district since 1988. Their signature dish, Fiori di Zucca, is a sautéed dish filled with ricotta and pesto, and because it's not fried, the flavors of the ingredients really shine through.
The Chicken Cotoletta Milanese is a thinly pounded chicken coated in batter, with a good balance of crispness on the outside and tenderness on the inside. Along with the Saffron Risotto Milanese, it made for a perfect combination of Milanese cuisine fundamentals.
To be honest, I felt that the overall quality could have been a little higher considering the price range. Grazie 🍽️✨

4 starts because we they brought us bread but not oil , salt and paper.

Service was exceptional. We were seated outside in the winter garden which was beautiful. Staff was attentive and kind. The food and wine was on our high end but we wanted to have a great dinner on our last night. Food to be honest was ok. I guess we expected more flavor? The ossobucco was mild. Meat was well cooked but missing something as was the pastas. The fettuccine for the kids simple butter and pasta such as the spaghettiw/clams. 5/5 for service. 3/5 for food taste. 5/5 for food quality.

We ate well: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors. You can sense the attention paid to preparation and presentation. The desserts also deserve special mention.
The only small complaint concerns the prices, which are slightly high for the service provided. Overall, however, a positive experience.
