This time it was the confirmation of how here, you eat really well! Typical Bolognese cuisine all prepared with care and with high quality products! Pasta fatta a mano da applausi e una cotoletta alla bolognese semplicemente indimenticabile: croccante, saporita, con quel tocco di gusto autentico che solo la vera cucina tradizionale sa dare. Il servizio è impeccabile, l’ambiente accogliente e la professionalità si percepisce in ogni dettaglio. Una vera eccellenza per chi ama la cucina emiliana fatta come si deve. Super consigliato!

Small and quiet trattoria on the Via Emilia outside San Lazzaro di Savena located in an ancient building from the 1400s, probably an old inn and even before that a horse post. The Emilian first courses of fresh pasta are the distinctive point of the restaurant. Lasagna and onion squeezes are missing but there are other interesting proposals traditional such as strichetti with sausage ragout and nettle tagliatelle with ham. The second courses are mostly based on grilled meat, the Bolognese cutlet is enormous and good but the meat is beef and not veal. A gem is the baked hunchback cardoon, now unobtainable, among the vegetables offered. The quality of the wine served by the glass needs to be improved.
