I'm talking about the restaurant only. The food is truly excellent. Traditional Ligurian dishes, cooked with skill and expertise. It's hard to ask for more. The prices are more than reasonable. From the welcome to the table service, everything was excellent. Truly talented, and congratulations to all the staff. P.S. The cheeses served on black slate have nothing to do with the class and atmosphere of the place. Definitely worth a try.

A tour of Varese Ligure. Beautiful, simple, and clean restaurant. Quiet and peaceful. A starter, main course, side dish, and standard dessert. Punctual and friendly staff.

Good hotel and restaurant with a good variety of Ligurian dishes. Good breakfast buffet with limited selection (no focaccia). One tip for the rooms: I'd install semi-sheer white curtains instead of blackout ones to allow natural light into the room without anyone seeing in.

It's a hotel that has maintained its hospitality, service, and elegance, a rare sight these days. The building is historic, with wonderful common areas. The rooms lack nothing. The food is truly excellent. Traditional Ligurian dishes are expertly prepared. It's truly difficult to ask for more. The prices are more than reasonable.
