You need to check restaurant but most important is offered service. Especially Yevhen = fantastic service. He knows how to treat people.

Cozy hotel located on the blue slopes. Very nice staff, especially a server Yevhen who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast could be a little longer, for example until 10.00 and with a greater choice of foods. Cozy and clean rooms. Our room 33 (comfort double room but additional bed) was a little small for three people.

We stayed 1 night at the Amerikan hotel, we had a suite which was really very nice! Very close to the center, excellent cuisine! The food is really good in the hotel restaurant! The pool area is a spa, it's nice... the only problem is that the water is cold! We didn't enjoy it at all... we have a 2 year old and we wanted to let him play in the pool but I really couldn't go for a swim or stay in it for long because the water is cold, and almost all the guests said so!

The apartments have a very convenient location, located in front of the bus stop. Each apartment has a coded and heated locker. There was no moka in the apartment but upon request and at no additional cost they made sure to satisfy us. The only big flaw was that the apartment SMELLED of smoke, despite having booked with 2 little girls.

The husband and I have just had a week at the Amerikan. It was fab. Service from start to finish, reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning were all exceptional. People were warm, considerate, helpful and always engaging.
Our room was super, plenty of space with modern fixtures, good lighting and an excellent en suite ….. one of the best showers ever and a plentiful supply of steaming hot water.
The location for us was super but I wanted to let those who read the review that it is at the far end of Livigno. It’s a 30 minute walk back if you don’t want to use buses and the drag pull ski lift does enable access to the rest of the ski area if there is plenty of snow. We loved the location. Buses are plentiful to get you to the main lifts of the resort and if you get the blue bus rather than the red bus it is pretty empty on a morning.
I really recommend the hotel.

Everything perfect.....suite room 82 as well as being very beautiful is also very clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were excellent.... professional and very very kind. The cuisine was excellent. The person who welcomed us at check in was very kind. In short, we will certainly return to this magical place.
