I believe this restaurant could easily be Michelin-starred, yet it offers an à la carte menu that makes the experience even more special. Before the main course, you are delighted with several complimentary appetizers — for example, a refreshing kombucha juice, toasted bread with buffalo cream, and a delicate tomato carpaccio paired with a house-made butter foam. The view is absolutely spectacular, overlooking the beautiful city of Bergamo. Nearby, there is also a charming castle that you can visit, adding to the magic of the location.
