We had homemade tagliatelle with duck ragout, tortelloni with spinach and ricotta filling and a mixed salad. Excellent food, accompanied by a few glasses of the finest Chardonnay. Great service and friendly service. We even got a delicious dessert on the house. Fried flowers with sugar (a bit reminiscent of doughnuts).

Old fashioned restaurant. We eat very well. Excellent ingredients, refined, traditional. Too bad it doesn't have outdoor space for spring!

A great, very dignified restaurant at the end of Friuli. Everything just fits! Very friendly, precise advice, wonderful food, exceptional regional wine selection. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Stop for a business lunch, pleasantly satisfied in all aspects, a very strong bond with the territory with a very high quality product. Definitely worth rescheduling for a slower stop :-)

Menù della tradizione con prodotti tipici. Porzioni generose e passano pure a chiedere il bis.... Degni di nota i risi e fegatini di cappone nonché i ravii al cavolo nero al cacio..... Prezzo giusto. Personale cortese ed attento.

04/06/2025: It was recommended to me and I stopped for work. What can I say? Roe deer and porcini mushrooms, a spectacle. Cooked in a sublime way, generous portions. Definitely, anyone who is in the area should try it. I will definitely go back

15/04/2025: Best hotel in Puglia! Our family loved staying at the Palazzo, beautiful rooms and great location! The staff was so kind, especially Francesca, who went above and beyond for us! The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The cherry on to was they arranged a private cooking class for our family and Chef Andrea and his team were incredibly kind, it was a very special experience! Highly recommend!
