Very friendly and helpful staff, daily room cleaning. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfast. I would visit it again.

This review, in addition to the structure, is mainly about the kindness, helpfulness, and spirit of the owner, a truly exceptional person. In a time of need, I had his complete disposal. I definitely recommend the structure and it's wonderful to find old-fashioned hoteliers!

The hotel is well located, a 15-20 minute walk from the Bassano Bridge (there's a bike/pedestrian path). The staff and hospitality are exceptional, the spa is lovely, the rooms are renovated, and especially the bathroom has a window (a real plus). The value for money is truly hard to come by, and is more than excellent. A few things I hope serve as good-natured advice: - I used the spa, but I would have preferred a few degrees warmer in the relaxation area/loungers, which was a bit cold; - Breakfast was good, but I could use a little more choice in the products (pastries and cured meats). Overall, I was more than satisfied. Thank you.

I stayed with my boyfriend for 2 nights. I was happy with the rooms, which were very spacious, elegant, and very warm (heat is essential for me)!! I found the breakfast a bit basic, but it was still well-organized! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the spa. I had booked it well before our stay, but when we entered, it was quite cold, and the Turkish bath still needed to heat up properly. "Maybe it should be turned on before guests arrive?" Still, it's beautiful and basic. About a 30-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, so it's still in an excellent location!!

The hotel appears a little neglected in certain details. As soon as you enter, you get a different impression... the staff is very friendly, the rooms clean, although they could use some updating. The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the food is divine. Another truly beautiful and welcoming area is the breakfast room, whose atmosphere makes you feel at home. The breakfast is excellent. A 20-minute walk takes you to the beautiful center of Bassano... Recommended!!!

I rarely give 5 stars, but this hotel is truly worthy of them. Nice hotel, nice rooms, quiet, clean, professional and courteous staff, excellent breakfast, free parking, great location. It was a great idea to put free water dispensers in the hallways. You deserve an extra star. Well done. I hope to return soon. Keep up the good work.

The hotel's structure and location are great. The hosts at the reception during check-in and the night shift were super polite — really appreciated that. However, the owner was a bit too strict. I'm an artist, and I always need a little flexibility with check-out times. I asked her, “What's the latest regular check-out time?” She said 10:30 a.m. I smiled and asked, “Would it be possible to make it 11?” She replied, without a smile, “Yes, but you need to pay 20 euros.” That was honestly the first time in my life I've been charged just for an extra 30 minutes. Also, it would be great if there were at least some complimentary water in the room. 🙏🏾 Update: I reply to the hotel :) it's needed!! Keep emphasizing the word "artist": I mentioned it not to ask for different treatment, but simply to make it clear that I played until late morning, always politely and with a smile. My request for confirmation lasted a minute, not thirty. If the goal is to be "eco-friendly," then it would have been helpful to specify that there are water dispensers throughout the facility: that's hospitality. Or perhaps you're only used to guests with a lot of free time or tourists who enjoy hiking and can explore everything at their leisure. I kindly invite you to check out the smell coming from the bathroom: there's obviously something wrong with the plumbing. Regarding the gym, let me point out that a bicycle, a mat, and a wall with two cables do not constitute a "gym": perhaps it would be more honest to remove this wording from the description out of respect for the guests. Finally, regarding your barber metaphor: sure, I pay him for my beard, but if I ask him to trim my eyebrows, he certainly doesn't charge extra. In the hotels I've stayed at before, I've been granted a 30-minute check-out grace period, always with a smile. Do you know why? It was a very pleasant experience. The welcome was warm and the restaurant exceeded our expectations!

This was my first time at this property; I immediately received a wonderful welcome, including a very quick resolution to a logistical issue I had caused. No hesitation, just an overwhelming amount of courtesy. Quiet, clean, and tidy, with spacious, welcoming rooms. Just a stone's throw from Bassano del Grappa, nestled in the quiet of the Venetian Prealps. A simple breakfast with quality local products. You'll feel pampered... especially if you use the spa, which, while not huge, has everything you need to refresh and relax: sauna, Turkish bath, ice shower, sensory shower with Alpine flowers and herbs, whirlpool... and Prosecco, a great relaxing touch! We'll definitely be back, as it's worth it, especially considering the excellent Sant'Eusebio restaurant. Thanks to the owner, Roberto, and the entire staff.
