Zucchini flowers and Salmon were great 👍🏻 Spaghetti with shrimp was a bit disappointing though (was expecting a bit more shrimps). The staff were friendly and overall it’s good.

Excellent food, fast service, and friendly staff. We had a zucchini flower appetizer, Barbera risotto, and a cutlet with baked potatoes. Everything was truly delicious.

11/12/2025: We came to Mater Bistrot for my sister's birthday, and what can I say? It was a wonderful experience... We opted for the five-course menu, and each one was better than the others... I especially love the creamy peanut butter risotto, the oyster with chicken fat... surprising flavors that definitely have their own unique flavor, paired with an exquisite aligoté Bourgogne! Our dinner was a real success, thanks in part to the warm welcome and the professional, attentive service! We'll be back, thank you so much!

06/12/2025: I've only recently discovered this bar, but I immediately fell in love with it. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is excellent, and the drinks are delicious and original, and the aperitivo is plentiful. I always recommend it to everyone, even though I come from far away. 🥰🥰
23/11/2025: Great place for evenings with friends. We celebrated a birthday, and it was a great experience. Fast and precise service, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and balanced cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Perfect place, I will return
