A gem, an excellent restaurant, good food, a fine wine cellar. Let yourself be pampered by a cuisine with dishes that will surely make you lick your lips. Believe me, if you're in the area, you have to go there.

A perfect dinner. Everything was truly delicious and high-quality, from appetizer to dessert. The hazelnut-crusted sirloin steak deserves special mention: it was exquisite and melted in the mouth. The selection of local cheeses was also very tasty. The service was relaxed and pleasant. The dining room has a stunning view, and if you go at sunset, it's even more worth it.

Bergolo is a beautiful town and 'l Bunet fits in it perfectly. I had dinner and breakfast and I stayed the night here. Highly recommended. The food is extraordinary and the room was very good.

26/12/2025: A solid confirmation of the quality of the food served by the impeccable staff at Pajarin. Whenever we're in the area, we always bring friends and/or family, who are invariably thrilled with every aspect and lavish compliments on the excellent selection. From appetizers to dessert, you can't help but be very satisfied, at a fair and reasonable price: the challenge is to finish every course... Special mention for Lasagna di Ormea, which alone is worth the trip!
02/10/2025: The owners are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The rooms aren't that great but you can still sleep well.
