I was a guest at the Badellino Hotel Restaurant for two nights. I stayed in a superior double room, very bright, large and very clean. I always had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and to tell the truth what inspired me to choose this place was the Easter menu when I opened their website, and I'm happy I was right!
The cuisine is genuine, typical but refined, the quality of the raw materials and the accuracy of the preparation of the dishes reign supreme (you can feel the heart and passion in what you eat). As an appetizer I tasted a trio featuring Bra sausage with croutons, a slice of fassona (spectacular) and veal with tuna sauce that was truly out of this world! As an appetizer of the day there was also an artichoke with artichoke (artichoke with an artichoke cream and a sauce with a cheese whose name I don't remember). I tasted the plin al napkin (get them made, they're the bomb!!!) and the same ones with roast sauce, the tajerin with Bra sausage ragù... fresh homemade pasta made by them impeccably.
For second courses I tasted the salmon trout with asparagus and hollandaise sauce and a nice cut of fassona cooked (rare as I wanted it) perfectly, very tender and very tasty.
The place is very quiet, clean, welcoming. The owners are very kind and very professional. I had a great time and I really think I'll be back!

Elegant restaurant where you can find typical local products.
Excellent raw materials and attentive customer service.
Served in the right quantity, but personally I would have gladly given an extra forkful ☺️

Christmas dinner with colleagues. Pleasant discovery of the renewed management of Edoardo, still with the guidance of dad Giacomo and mom Marilena. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service. Kindness, competence and courtesy are the masters accompanying dishes with a sublime taste in full respect of the territory

A restaurant with light colors and impeccable cleanliness. I ate a really well-made Barolo braised meat: the meat melted in the mouth, accompanied by a sweet wine. My son instead cod. Impeccable service, economical expense.
It is located in the market square of Bra.

Courtesy and quality in the offer of typical products of the region always inhabit this restaurant;
The dishes proposed by the chef are very good, from the steak to the knife, to the tagliatelle with ragù, to the excellent meats, with particular care in the plating second only to the proposal of the excellent desserts, accompanied by all these dishes
from a wine list of admirable quality.
