Review only for the restaurant. But I gave the rooms 5 stars on trust. Excellent raw materials. Bra sausage was so fresh I think it was made an hour earlier. Spectacular Fassona tartare. Ravioli with a very tasty filling. Delicious tajarin. Paired with a truly fantastic 2020 Montalupa red from Ascheri. A very delicate layered pear dessert served with a selection of surprising Chinato vermouths. The service from the two young men was truly impeccable, precise, and courteous. Truly knowledgeable, small touches that make the difference between a waiter and a professional. Fair price. The place is dated but essential and clean, and it should be that way to make customers understand that 100-plus years of history of this place should not be erased with a risky renovation. WELL DONE. Our compliments. Highly recommended!!!!!

Simply excellent! We started with the mixed antipasto, a true sampling of Piedmontese specialties, meticulously prepared and perfect for immediately immersing ourselves in the traditional atmosphere. For our first course, I chose the renowned tajarin with Bra sausage ragù: delicious, rich in flavor, and cooked to perfection. The extremely kind and attentive waiter then offered us a taste of plin al pannocchia—a traditional dish rarely found on the menu these days—a truly appreciated gesture that demonstrates great customer service. The second course, a braised beef accompanied by potatoes, was a riot of flavors, tender and flavorful. Instead of dessert, I opted for a selection of cheeses: also top-notch, well-stocked, and of excellent quality. As for the wines, we followed the advice of the waiter, who paired the bottles perfectly with our dishes. A truly impeccable dinner, with exceptional value and friendly, attentive, and passionate service. Highly recommended!
