After a pleasant entree, an excellent Bra sausage with leek zabaglione. Tajarin with sausage ragù, also from Bra, stratospheric. A delicious dessert with equally delicious brutebon with coffee. Lunch fit for a king. The only discordant note was the glass of Alta Langa, terrible, which I didn't drink (my doubts about Alta-langa have further worsened). To increase the already high satisfaction of the lunch I must say that I was not charged for the wine. I hope to return to Bra soon to be able to eat at Badellino again.

Ci siamo fermati per caso e dopo aver visionato il menù all'esterno abbiamo deciso di fermarci. Come antipasto abbiamo scelto quello misto che prevede la battuta di Fassina, la salsiccia di Bra e il vitello tonnato, tutto ottimo. Come secondo piatto abbiamo scelto gli gnocchi con il Castelmagno, la tagliata di Fassona e il Brasato, l'unica pietanza meno riuscita ae stata la tagliata in quanto ho trovato la carne con del nervo all'interno e meno teneera di quello chce dovrebbe essere. Il Brasato era da urlo, tenerissimo tanto che la carne si apriva solo con forchetta e la salsa con i l Dogliani era squisita. Il prezzo era nella norma: 4 persone, 4 antipasti misti, 2 primi, 2 secondi, 2 dolci, 3 caffè e 4 bottigliette d'acqua = € 150. Consigliato

Sunday lunch, we tried the tasting menu, everything was delicious, excellent dishes, we were also allowed some variations to the menu. Attentive and kind staff, attentive service, pleasant environment.
We were also offered the amaro. I would gladly return.

I was a guest at the Badellino Hotel Restaurant for two nights. I stayed in a superior double room, very bright, large and very clean. I always had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and to tell the truth what inspired me to choose this place was the Easter menu when I opened their website, and I'm happy I was right!
The cuisine is genuine, typical but refined, the quality of the raw materials and the accuracy of the preparation of the dishes reign supreme (you can feel the heart and passion in what you eat). As an appetizer I tasted a trio featuring Bra sausage with croutons, a slice of fassona (spectacular) and veal with tuna sauce that was truly out of this world! As an appetizer of the day there was also an artichoke with artichoke (artichoke with an artichoke cream and a sauce with a cheese whose name I don't remember). I tasted the plin al napkin (get them made, they're the bomb!!!) and the same ones with roast sauce, the tajerin with Bra sausage ragù... fresh homemade pasta made by them impeccably.
For second courses I tasted the salmon trout with asparagus and hollandaise sauce and a nice cut of fassona cooked (rare as I wanted it) perfectly, very tender and very tasty.
The place is very quiet, clean, welcoming. The owners are very kind and very professional. I had a great time and I really think I'll be back!
