It's like being at home, when my mother used to make veal with tuna sauce, without too many frills and with a simple flavor that everyone loves.
The agnolotti weren't very "three-roast" and the butter and sage sauce was a bit sparse, but that's also a matter of personal taste and overall it was very good.
Fifth star for the food when a few slices of garlic appear alongside the bell peppers and anchovies. It's definitely worth it!
It's better to have both versions, the original and the light one.
The Bunet is also good, I prefer it more chocolatey, but it's still true to tradition and in keeping with the restaurant's homey spirit.

Only true lucky ones stumble upon Alba Ristorante on their very first day in Turin — a place that feels like a beautiful dream of an Italian family restaurant. Here, lunch is made before your eyes, with passion, ease, and authenticity that’s hard to find.
The menu is both deeply Piemontese and nicely varied, offering something for lovers of tradition and those looking for a fresh twist. There’s a great selection of wines, excellent desserts and — importantly — short waiting times, even though everything is prepared fresh.
It’s more than just a meal — it’s an experience. Warm, genuine, and unforgettable.

The best restaurant in Turin if you want to taste homemade traditional food from the piedmontese region. Everything was great and I would like to point out the ossobuco with porcini, which was the best I’ve ever tried in my life. Just enjoy

Bellissima esperienza, entrare in questo ristorante a conduzione familiare e venire trasportati immediatamente in un altra dimensione, cucina ottima e servizio eccezionale, un' attenzione alle persone che esula dal rapporto ristoratore/cliente.
La cucina a vista con il papà ai fornelli è il top.

Siamo stati a pranzo ed è stata un bellissima sorpresa. Se cercate impiattamenti alla moda questo ristorante non fa per voi. Ma in quanto a genuinità dei sapori, empatia del personale e gusto sopraffino non sono secondi a nessuno. Decisamente promossi
