Very good food and stable atmosphere

Came here for dinner. We were given the dinner. The food was amazing, you could taste the live this family run restaurant puts into their food. We ordered the tagliatelle Bolognese, the grilled veal, and artichoke salad and a ravioli Bolognese.Everything was so delicious we wound up ordering another of the tagliatelle. The veal was cooked perfectly. We feel so lucky we came ipong this fily owned restaurant in our search for a place to eat in our short time in Torino. The feeling was a friendly and kind family environment, service was great. I would stop and stay in Torino just to eat here again every time I am in Italy. Thank you Alba for the best meal I have had in Italy so far in 5 days between Florence and Torino.

Everything was very good, the tagliolini, the grissinopoli, and the appetizers were excellent. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is intimate and simple.

A single man in charge, supported by a staff of pure kindness and professionalism. A 5-star trattoria, rightfully featured in Turin's main food and wine guides for years. Loved by all the film buffs who come to the city. Trattoria Alba in Turin is one of those places that makes you feel immediately at home: a simple and refined atmosphere, authentic and sincere cuisine. You absolutely must try the Grissinopoli, the only one like it in the city: a soft and crispy steak, perfect for those who are very hungry. The Tagliata ai Carciofi is more delicate: tender meat, precisely cooked, and artichokes with an elegant flavor that I've only found here. The desserts are varied, especially the Tartatin, delicious and beautifully caramelized. Perfect value for money. In short, Trattoria Alba is a sure thing; I highly recommend it.

On the recommendation of a friend, we went to eat at this restaurant! I can say it was a truly positive experience, starting with the warm welcome, the excellent service, the truly kind and helpful ladies, and the food was delicious! Our expectations were high, and I can say they were fully met! I recommend it because it's worth it and the prices are very fair! Thank you, we'll be back!

Bellissima esperienza, entrare in questo ristorante a conduzione familiare e venire trasportati immediatamente in un altra dimensione, cucina ottima e servizio eccezionale, un' attenzione alle persone che esula dal rapporto ristoratore/cliente. La cucina a vista con il papà ai fornelli è il top. Da visitare!

Siamo stati a pranzo ed è stata un bellissima sorpresa. Se cercate impiattamenti alla moda questo ristorante non fa per voi. Ma in quanto a genuinità dei sapori, empatia del personale e gusto sopraffino non sono secondi a nessuno. Decisamente promossi
